How to eliminate the spiral wave of the heart and prevent the spiral wave is a hotspot, but there is little research on the role of heart memory in the spiral wave. A two-dimensional cellular automata model for a heart with memory is presented. The effects of excitation probability and the length of memory time are studied. The computer simulations show that when cardiac memory and the excitation probability apply to the stable spiral wave formed by a GH model, the spiral wave will meander, breakup or disappear. The excitability of the system will be increased with the increase of the length of memory time and the excitation probability. Under certain conditions, if the excitation probability and the length of memory time are controlled within proper values, the goal to eliminate spiral wave will be reached. The study provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of heart disease.

In order to improve the gain of low noise amplifier without increasing power consumption, this paper presents a fully integrated high gain low power UWB low noise amplifier by introducing current reuse technology and putting the bias tube as amplifier tube. The TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS technology and Cadence software are used to carry out the pre-simulation and post-simulation of the low noise amplifier circuit. The simulation result shows that the forward gain(S21)is from 18.2 dB to 19.9 dB over the 2.8~8.5 GHz operating band, the value of noise figure(NF) ranges from 3.05 dB to 4.1 dB, the input return loss (S11) and the output return loss (S22) both are below -10 dB, the group delay ranges from 130 ps to 320 ps and the IIP3 is -12.16 dBm at 6 GHz. With a 1.5 V voltage supply, the LNA has an overall power consumption(PD)of 11.7 mW, the design target has achieved. This low noise amplifier has the characteristics of high gain and low power consumption, which can be used in receivers with higher requirements for gain and power.

WANG Jun, WEI Duqu
Journal of Guangxi Normal University(Natural Science Edition). 2017, 35 (2):  17-23.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6600.2017.02.003
Abstract ( 245 )   PDF(pc) (1097KB) ( 186 )   Save
For first-order temperature compensation of the reference voltage source is still high temperature coefficient, this paper proposes a design method of piecewise compensation to reduce the temperature drift. A voltage signal following the temperature variation is produced by an amplifier with negative resistance of which gain is sensitive to temperature. Drived by this voltage signal, a PMOS transistor is used to inject or extract electricity current for the reference circuit in three temperature segments as a pattern of piecewise compensation. The simulation results indicate that the reference voltage of circuit only change 0.311 mV and its temperature coefficient is 1.89×10-6-1 in the temperature range(TR) from -40 ℃ to 125 ℃. Its PSRR is -90 dB at low frequency. When the temperature of the bandgap reference voltage source is at -15 ℃, 34 ℃ and 76 ℃, the curvature of the reference voltage to the temperature is 0, and the temperature drift coefficient is lower in the standard process. The study can provide a high precision voltage reference for ADC, linear voltage regulator and DC/DC converter circuit.

Due to the shortcomings that traditional PID control fails to update the tuning of Kp, Ki, Kd parameters in real time and the control accuracy is not high, this paper puts forward a kind of attitude stability control method of the combination between BP neural network with inertia term and PID control. And the inertia coefficient is modified to achieve Quadrotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(QUAV)’s attitude control during the flight under disturbance. The simulation experiment analysis presents that when compared with the BP neural network parameters self-tuning PID control and the traditional PID control, this control method improves the performance of anti-disturbance and robustness and the dynamic performance, thus holding practical value for reference to improve the attitude stability control of QUAV.

Abstract ( 249 )   PDF(pc) (820KB) ( 336 )   Save
In order to fine-tune the image while preserving the details of the information and edge information, an image denoising method based on bilateral filter(BF)combined with non-local means filter(NLMF) is proposed. Firstly, the noise image is pre-denoised by non-local means filter with improved weight function. Then the noise image is denoised by bilateral filter with the pixel intensity similarity weight calculated based on pre-denoised image. Meanwhile, two fast algorithm are used to speed up non-local means filter and bilateral filter separately. Experimental results demonstrate that compared with NLMF and BF, our method significantly reduces the computation complexity of algorithms, and has better denoising performance and lesser time consuming. Therefore, this method has a certain practical value for the improvement of image denoising quality.

Abstract ( 168 )   PDF(pc) (743KB) ( 309 )   Save
Flag-transitivity is one of the many conditions that can be imposed on the automorphism group G of a 2-(v,k,λ) design D. In 1988, it is proved by Zieschang that if D is a 2-(v,k,λ) design, G≤Aut(G) is flag-transitive and (r,λ)=1, then G is affine or almost simple. So it is possible to classify this type of designs by using the classification of finite simple groups. Let D be a nontrivial 2-(v,k,λ) design with (r,λ)=1 and v≤1 000, and let G≤Aut(D) be flag-transitive with Soc(G)PSL(2,q). It is proved that, up to isomorphism, there are exactly 18 pairs (D, G).

Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is said to be nearly SS-quasinormal in G if G has a S-quasinormal subgroup K such that HK is S-quasinormal in G, and H∩K≤HseG, where HseG is the subgroup of H generated by all those subgroups of H which are SS-quasinormal in G. In this paper, by using the nearly SS-quasinormalility of n-maximal subgroups of some Sylow p-subgroup of G, some new characterizations of p-nilpotent groups are obtained and several known results are generalized.

As the diffusion of migratory species between paches is neither purely continuous nor purely inpulsive in time at the base of common periodic predator-prey model with prey inpulsively unilateral diffusion and diverse perturbations exist, almost periodic parameters are more realistic than periodic parameters. In order to study the phenomena of diffusion and predation between species relevantly, an almost periodic predator-prey system with intermittent dispersal and dispersal delays between patches is studied in this paper. By applying the comparison theorem of impulsive differential equation and the method of classified discussion, some dufficient and necessary conditions on the permanence of the system are presented. Finally, numerical simulations are conduted with Matlab.

An SIQR epidemic model with vertical transmission and impulsive vaccination is investigated in this paper. Nonlinear infection rate of βI(t)(1+vI(t))S(t) is used and the threshold of disease popularity is obtained. The Floquet theorem and the comparison theorem are used to prove the existence and globally asymptotical stability of the disease-free periodic solution. Sufficient conditions for the uniform persistence of the system are obtained in the end.The results show that when the parameters satisfy some conditions, the disease does not perish. At the same time, the knowledge of dynamics of infectious diseases is enriched.

As great quantities of quaternary ammonium herbicides were used in agricultural production. In this article, conditions have been optimized for simultaneous determination of paraquat (PQ)、diquat (DQ) and difenzoquat(DF)by sweeping-MEKC with diode array detector (DAD) after their preconcentration by solid phase extraction(SPE). The influence of concentration of buffer,pH,concentration of SDS and organic modifier, separation voltage and injection time on the separation of quaternary ammonium herbicides were studied. An optimal separation condition was obtained by using background buffer containing 40 mmol/L SDS,50 mmol/L NaH2PO4 and 20% acetonitrile at pH2.6 with 20 ℃,the separation voltage at -22 kV,the sample injection time for 160 s at 6.895 kPa and 198 nm detection. The calibration curves showed good linearities in the range of 0.2~100 μg/L for paraquat,0.15~100 μg/L for diquat and 0.05~100 μg/L for difenzoquat, the limits of detections(S/N=3)for PQ, DQ and DF were 0.07, 0.05 and 0.02 μg/L respectively. The relative recoveries of the three quaternary ammonium herbicides ranged from 89.3% to 107.1% with relative standard deviation ranging from 4.5% to 11.4%. The method can be applied in the detection of quaternary ammonium herbicides in the agricultural pond water.

Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)was synthesized from citric acid. The structures and optical properties of the obtained CQDs were characterized by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, photolumine- scence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The interaction between human serum albumin(HSA)and CQDs under physiological conditions was also investigated. The investigation was carried out with the use of uorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroism(CD)spectra and UV-vis spectroscopy. The results of fluorescence quenching and UV-vis absorption spectra experiments indicated the formation of the complex of HSA and CQDs. The hydrogen bond and Van der Waals’ force played predominant roles in the interaction process. Furthermore, it proved that CQDs could induce the conformational change of HSA. The research results provided a lot of important theoretic information for the biosafty evaluation of CQDs.

Based on specific binding of antigen and antibody, western blot analysis is used to detect a protein in complex samples. However, using conventional chemiluminescence detection, light of the protein band is weak and X film is not much exposed, and using ultra-enhanced chemiluminescence detection, light of the protein band is strong and X film is too much exposed, both development images of protein band are not ideal sometimes, when protein concentration of the samples is too low, especially when the protein to be detected is lower abundant in X film is samples. Therefore, the protein was detected with diluted ultra-enhanced chemiluminescent solution, and the protein band was clearly showed and the development image effect of protein bands was improved obviously, which indicates that the intensity of light emission could be reduced and the development image effect of the protein bands could be improved by dilution of ultra-enhanced chemiluminescent solution in western blot analysis.

Flow cytometry (FCM) is a rapid technique for cell-by-cell multiparameter analysis, which is often used in combination with fluorescent labelling for fast viability assessment. FCM analysss with fast and accurate protocol appeared to be workable for food bacteria detection. This article applied enzymatic treatment and membrane filtration method to digest proteins and treatment of milk by centrifugation to remove lipids. Treated milk samples were detected and enumerated by FCM. The bacteria were stained with 7-AAD and counted by fluorescent microspheres. The detection limit of 101 CFU/mL was achieved. Raw milk data showed a significant correlation (P<0.01) and a good agreement(r=0.980 2) between FCM and standard plate count methods.

Abstract ( 327 )   PDF(pc) (802KB) ( 245 )   Save
There are four species of Garra from Lancangjiang in Yunnan, China. The status of Garra mirofrontis and G. imberba are clear among four species and the status of G. bisangularis and G. taeniata were fierce debates. In order to clarify the status of these two species, a morphological comparison between them was made based on the literatures and the specimens. According to the comparison results among literatures, literatures with specimens, and specimens, the characters of G. bisangularis in the snout and forehead, the oral sucking disc, body markings, scales, gill rakers, pharyngeal teeth and the numbers of each fin rays are identical with G. fasciacauda. So it is confirmed that G. bisangularis is a junior synonym of G. fasciacauda. Meanwhile, the characters of Garra taeniata are also matching with G. cambodgiensis on the characters of the body shape and the snout, the oral sucking disc with a free posterior margin, and lateral line scales. However, the characters of oral sucking disk and dorsal fin color pattern of G. cambodgiensis were not mentioned in the literatures. These two characters are the two most important diagnostic characeristics to distinguish G. cambodgiensis from G. taeniata. The type specimens of G. taeniata and G. cambodgiensis were not examined due to limited conditions. Therefore, there was the chance that G. taeniata and G. cambodgiensis were both independent and valid species. Now the present study provisionally accepts the idea that G. taeniata was a junior synonym of G. cambodgiensis from Kottelat (1986).

The population size of Tibetan macaque(Macaca thibetana)was estimated based on interviews, the field survey and camera traps from April 2013 to November 2014 in Guangxi. The results showed that 90.2% of total number of Tibetan macaque in Guangxi was restricted almost in Maoershan, Huaping and Qianjiadong three National Nature Reserves in the northeast of Guangxi with a population of 542±69 individuals belonging to 27 groups. There was only one group in Jiuwanshan and Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve and Longtan Nature Reserve. However, there was no distribution this time where used to be some groups records in Gongcheng and Lipu county. The monitoring results of the infrared cameras showed that theres was an additional group record in Miaoershan and Huaping National Nature Reserve and distribution records in Jiuwanshan and Dayaoshan National Nature Reserve. Habitat fragmentation, frequent human activities and illegal hunting may be the important factors influencing population dynamics of Tibetan macaque.

The height and other index states of 419 cases (male 213, female 206) Lingao were measured in November 2014 in Hainan Lingao, and the percentage of body fat, lean mass, fat mass, lean mass index, fat mass index were calculated. The study found that, by comparison between the sexes, the mean of male lean mass and lean mass index are bigger than that of female(P<0.01), the mean of men's percentage of body fat, fat mass, fat mass index are smaller than that women(P<0.01).With the age growth, the percentage of body fat, fat mass and fat mass index of Lingao increased gradually, while the male lean mass, lean body mass index decreases, female lean mass and lean mass index were not associated with age. The subjects characteristic curve indicated, fat mass index is more reliable than body mass index to estimate percentage of body fat of Lingao. This also indicated that fat mass index is a better index than body mass index to evaluation fat.
