Determination of Adenosine in Cordyceps sinensis(Berk)Sacc.and Tablets by HPLC

Abstract: The HPLC method was carried on Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),using 0.05 mol·L-1 potassiun dihydrogen phosphatesolution-methanol (90∶10) as a mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,dector 260 nm and the column temperature 35 °C,to determine the content of adenosine in Cordyceps sinensics (Berk) Sacc.and tablets.Adensine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.005~0.2 μg(r=0.999 3).The average recovery was 101.19%,RSD=1.45%.The established method is accurate,reliable and specific.The results are stable with good reproducibility and the quality of the tablets can be controlled by the method.
