Determination of Quercetin, Kaempferol and Rhamnolipid in Stem and Leaf of Sedum emarginatum Migo by HPLC

Abstract: A HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin, kaempferol and rhamnolipid in the stem and leaf of Sedum emarginatum Migo. The optimized chromatographic conditions were phenomenon Germini C18(5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm)chromatographic column, methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (55∶45) at a flow rate 1.0 mL/min of the mobile phase with a detection wavelength at 370 nm. The peak area showed good linearity with respect to the concentrations (r>0.999). The RSD of the precision test,repeatability test and stability test were all less than 3%, and the average recovery rates were 97.8%~99.1%.The method was precise,reproducible and stable,which can be applied in the quality control of Sedum emarginatum Migo.
