Urban passenger traffic structure is one of the key factors that determine the development direction of urban traffic system. The establishment of urban sustainable development of the transport system should not only consider to maximize the efficiency of traffic travel consider to maximize the efficiency of traffic travel but also minimize resource consumption of the transportation system and environmental pollution, to create a low-carbon urban development model. To reduce urban passenger transportation emissions,an optimized model is developed for passenger transportation structure in Guangzhou based on carbon footprint theory. Based on the social sustainability, economical sustainability and environmental sustainability, the optimized model of the urban passenger transportation structure is established by maximizing the social efficiency and minimizing the internal cost of transportation system and its environmental influence. It is indicated that the proportion of the public transportation system (rail transit and conventional bus) will increase to 63.5%. The proportion of rail transportation has increased by nearly 12.5%, while the proportion of the traffic and taxi traffic has a large degree of reduction. From the perspective of travel characteristics, the model is built on the basis of sustainable development, the urban traffic demand, resources, energy and environment. At the same time, according to the traffic development of Guangzhou City, the model is verified, and better effect is obtained.

In order to fully protect the safety of drivers with different characteristics, and to improve the economic performance, a night time model and an effective dynamic distance model are proposed in this article, considering the night environments such as environmental illumination, visibility, weather and glare which affect the characteristics of the driver. Then, according to the main objective optimization idea, the night speed limit method of mountainous expressway is proposed based on driving economy and security. In this method, the time and the minimum of vehicle fuel cost per hour are chosen as the objective function, combining with constraint conditions of the safety requirements for obstacle recognition, vehicle driving stability, and night time reaction time model and parking sight distance model. In this way, an optimal model of the night time safety speed of freeway in mountainous area is established. The maximum safe speed value of the model is the maximum speed limit value of the freeway. Finally, to verify the rationality and validity of the model, a simulation is conducted by using Matlab. The simulation results show that the maximum safe speed decreases with the decrease of the road adhesion coefficient when the visibility and time are not changed, and the maximum safe speed decreases with the decrease of the road adhesion coefficient when the road adhesion coefficient and time are unchanged. The results show that the law is in line with the current research results, and the maximum speed limit value is 99.390km/h, which is consistent with the design speed of 100km/h of the highway. Therefore, the speed limit model provides a reference for studying the safety speed and improving the safety of highway in mountainous area.

Along with a steady increase in air traffic flow and increasingly severe flight delays, improvement in air traffic management capability is urgently needed on the precondition of maintaining the level of safety. To this end, an evaluation index of air traffic complexity, from three aspects of air traffic flow, flight characteristics and flight conflicts, is proposed in this paper for a certain airspace with controller workload taken into consideration. With flow entering a sector, percentage of aircraft altering altitude, times of speed adjustment, times of changing direction, average time for transiting the sector and number of conflicts taken as the parameters for airspace complexity, a mathematical model for evaluating air traffic complexity is put forward based on L-M neural network algorithm. Through a specific example, the L-M algorithm is compared with traditional algorithm in terms of their calculation results. The results show that the proposed technique possesses a high degree of precision, and therefore, is effective and feasible.

Permanent magnet synchronous motor has been widely applied in traditional industrial production and the speed control system. However, the motor has the characteristics of nonlinear, strong coupling and multi variable. hich reduces system response ability and anti-interference ability. To ensure the smooth operation of the system, this paper applies RBF neural network identification device to permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, and uses fuzzy logic to optimize the learning step of neural network. As a consequence, it improves the identification precision of the RBF neural network. The simulation results show that he optimized neural network identifier has a good running performance for the speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, which has smaller speed overshoot volume and achieves tomooth faster than the traditional PID control.

In view of the lack of current intelligent fatigue driving monitoring products, a design scheme based on machine vision theory is proposed. When fitting the eye contour, due to the high complexity of the algorithm of ellipse based on random voting mechanism, a modified method is proposed to reduce the time complexity of the algorithm, by narrowing the range of fitting points. When one judges the fatigue state, the PERCLOS method can not take into account the accuracy and real-time problem. By modifying the parameters appropriately, the method of continuous frame analysis is presented, so that the driver’s state can be distinguished, and the real-time performance is guaranteed. Experimental results show that the algorithm improves the accuracy and real-time performance of the system compared with the previous algorithm.

Under the complex electromagnetic environment, LPI (low probability of intercept) airborne radar can effectively reduce the distance between the passive detection system and combat aircraft, and increase the tracking guidance accuracy, which can effectively improve the survivability and penetration ability of combat aircraft. An airborne radar of low intercept probability usually uses broadband modulation signal, by expanding the energy of the signal in the frequency domain, to reduce the probability that the radar radiation signal is intercepted by the enemy. An airborne radar signal of low probability of intercept is usually a linear FM signal (including linear FM signal and phase encoding signal) and a nonlinear FM signal (including Costas code and Barker code signal). In this paper, the inherent characteristics of Costas and Barker signal in nonlinear frequency modulation signal are analyzed, and the method to detect the nonlinear frequency modulation signal by using fractional Fourier transform discussed. Since Costas codes and Barker codes can be regarded as approximate linear frequency modulation signals, and fractional Fourier transform is the most suitable method for linear frequency modulated signal detection, the signal energy of the nonlinear frequency modulation signal was focused by using fractional Fourier transform so that the signal can be detected. Because in the common time-frequency analysis methods, such as Choi-Williams time-frequency analysis, the signal energy can not be concentrated after the signal is changed, the short time fractional Fourier transform is better than the nonlinear frequency modulation signal for the energy accumulation, which is good or the signal detection. The simulation analysis shows that the intercept receiver has different detection performance for different nonlinear frequency modulation signals.

Abstract ( 115 )   PDF(pc) (772KB) ( 133 )   Save
An automatic negotiation mechanism of bilateral multiple attributes based on the intermediate agent is proposed in this article in an incomplete information setting. According to its characteristics, the multi attributes are divided into two categories: quantitative and qualitative properties, and based on fuzzy criteria, an overall multi attribute satisfaction membership function for the participants is established. In the negotiation process, the participants, according to each discrete value of qualitative attributes, submit their bid combinations on the quantitative attributes to the intermediate agent, and then the middle agent according to the proposed rules determines whether the negotiation is successful .In the negotiation process, the bid information of both sides is not open, which to a certain extent, reduce the suspicion in the traditional negotiation process, to further accelerate the negotiation process. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a case study. It is expected that the proposed method can be applied to the actual electronic commerce market.

In order to reduce the influence of the location error on the accuracy of node localization in Wireless Sensor Networks, a 3-D positioning method based on quantum genetic algorithm(QGA) is proposed. The algorithm has few parameters and is easy to realize. Firstly, the distance between the unknown nodes and anchor nodes is measured by RSSI. Then the local optimal problem of multi- dimension space is solved by using new quantum rotation gate and rotation angle. Finally, the global and local search ability of the fast convergence of quantum genetic algorithm is optimized to improve the positioning accuracy of wireless sensor network. The simulation results show that the accuracy and stability of the algorithm and the anti-jamming ability are obviously improved compared with the maximum likelihood method.

Traditional KNN missing data filling algorithm does not utilize the correlation between the properties of samples, Neither considers but also does not consider to maintain the sample structures and removes noise samples. In this paper, a method of using training samples to reconstruct the test sample is proposed, which is used for the nearest neighbor missing data imputation. The method makes full use of the correlation between samples, uses the LPP (locality preserving projection) to maintain the data structure in the process of reconstruction, and uses l2,1 norm to remove noise samples. Simulation experiments on UCI data sets show that the proposed method has higher prediction accuracy than the traditional KNN algorithm and Entropy-KNN algorithm based on attribute information entropy.

A subgroup H of G is said to be an NS-quasinormal subgroup of G if for every prime p such that (p,|H|)=1 and for every subgroup L of G containing H, the normalizer NL(H) contains some Sylow p-subgroup of L. A subgroup H of G is said to be an NS*-quasinormal subgroup of G if G has a normal subgroup K such that G=HK, and H∩K is an NS-subgroup of G. In this paper, by using NS*-quasinormal subgroups of order p or p2, some sufficient conditions for G to be p-nilpotent are obtained.

Let Cos(G, H, D) be the coset graph of G with respect to H and D, and let A=Aut(Cos(G, H, D)). Denote the right multiplication action of G on Ω=[G:H] by RH (G), the set of right cosets of H in G, and denote the automorphism of G induced by the conjugate of g∈G on G by σ(g). A class of SIS epidemic model with birth pulse and random disturbance is investigated in this paper. The sufficient condition for the stochastic stability of trivial solution is obtained by applying the theory of stochastic differential equation. The sufficient condition for the exponentially asymptotical stability of infection-free solution is obtained by using the Lyapunov exponent. By applying It$\widehat{o}$ formula and the theory of impulsive differential equations, the global existence of positive solution is proved. Moreover, the theoretical results are finally confirmed by numerical simulations.

This paper reports the changes of salt solubility, solution density and the solution refractive index (RI) with changes of the alcohol concentration (mass fraction covering a wide range of 0~100%) in ternary solution systems composed of alkali metal (Na, K, Rb, or Cs, respectively) nitrate, alcohol (ethylene glycol, 1, 2-propanediol or glycerol, respectively) and water at different temperatures. Experimental results from the saturated systems showed that the salt solubility and solution density generally decreased with the increase of alcohol content in a system while the changing trend of RI with alcohol was just the opposite. Moreover, alcohols containing more hydroxyl groups usually resulted in higher salt solubility, solution density and solution RI than those containing less of this group. In addition, temperature tested in a range from 288 to 318 K had little impact on these parameters of the ternary systems. This report provides the basic experimental data on the primary physicochemical properties of alkali metal salts-alcohol-water ternary systems, which are important for industrial applications of alkali metal salts separation and purification among others.

Sustained activities are important to cognitive functions in neuroscience. The stability of one single firing signal propagating periodically in a neural loop coupled by chemical synaps-es(Tsodyks - Uziel - Markram model) is investigated in two ways. One is toinvestigate the initial statebasin of attraction under given system parameters;the other is to investigate the system parameter basin of attraction under one special initial condition. Based on the above results, two practicable approaches to promote periodic propagation stable, and one approach to inhabit propagations were propesed. The results of the two stimulations on one neuron approach may give hints to understand the reverberatory in biological experiments. These researches are important to understand the functions of loops in neural networks.

The results show that serum ALT, AST and TC, TG, FFA levels increased significantly in rats fed with high-fat diet, and serum and liver T-SOD level decreased significantly, serum and liver MDA level increased significantly, and liver SOD2 mRNA increased significantly. In the meanwhile, Liver Index increased significantly, and the Liver Tissue under the naked eye, the Hematoxylin-Eosin (HE) put up Fatty Liver Disease morphology lesion. Compared with Group H, Group Hh, Group Hv and Group Hm mRNA increased significantly ,and the above abnormal changes for different degrees got the chain-like relief in Group Hh, Group Hv and Group Hm, and the most obvious changes occured in Group Hm. It draw a conclusion that different intensity endurance exercise can improve the abnorm of lipids metabolism, improve expression of SOD2 mRNA ,increase the activity of T-SOD, ruduce lipid peroxidation, and finatly, prevent NAFLD formation and protect liver function. Above all, moderate intensity get the best effect.

Taking the acceleating urbanized Guilin city as an example, and using Landsat images as data sources, three indexes were constructed which were normalized different vegetation index(NDVI), normalized different built-up index(NDBI) and normalized different water index (NDWI). The information of construction land from 1991 to 2013 was extracted by false color composite and supervised classification method. In addition, the spatial-temporal feature of construction land in Guilin City during the 22 years was analyzed by using ARCGIS software. The results showed that the construction land areas and expansion intensity index of Guilin City increased distinctly with the development of urbanization. Whether from the spatial relationship of construction land angle, different districts, direction, the buffer or topographical conditions angle. The construction land expansion of the later period (2006-2013) is faster than those of earlier period (1991-2006). With the continuous development of urbanization, the construction land expansion of high-tech industrial zone and industrial park in the suburbs, Yanshan university town and satellite towns in the outer-suburbs have become hot spots.
