Abstract: An automatic negotiation mechanism of bilateral multiple attributes based on the intermediate agent is proposed in this article in an incomplete information setting. According to its characteristics, the multi attributes are divided into two categories: quantitative and qualitative properties, and based on fuzzy criteria, an overall multi attribute satisfaction membership function for the participants is established. In the negotiation process, the participants, according to each discrete value of qualitative attributes, submit their bid combinations on the quantitative attributes to the intermediate agent, and then the middle agent according to the proposed rules determines whether the negotiation is successful .In the negotiation process, the bid information of both sides is not open, which to a certain extent, reduce the suspicion in the traditional negotiation process, to further accelerate the negotiation process. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a case study. It is expected that the proposed method can be applied to the actual electronic commerce market.
