Abstract ( 107 )   PDF(pc) (1727KB) ( 319 )   Save
Aiming at the present distinctive internal structure of new-style cinema, a new cellular automaton model is proposed to simulate pedestrian evacuation by introducing “position safety degree”, which identifies the strategy of routing choice. The influences of different internal layouts and different exit positions on evacuation efficiency are investigated via numerical simulation. Furthermore, the typical evacuation scenes are also discussed in detail. The simulation results show that setting up more aisles, especially towards exits will improve the evacuation efficiency greatly. For a cinema with two exits, the optimal evacuation efficiency can be obtained, when these two exits are designed along the left and the right sides of the cinema, respectively, and displayed as a front and back diagonal distribution. In addition, the escape is much easier for the pedestrians close to aisles than those in the central position.

This paper, using the modified logistic-CA model, simulates and predicts urban morphology evolution of Tianjin Binhai New Zone from 1998 to 2030,as well as investigates the Process-pattern-Mechanism under the exogenous scenario, so as to better grasp urban form evolution regularities and enrich the basic theory. It also provides scientific proposal for urban planning and construction layout. The results show that the improved model has good adaptability. The simulation results indicate that from 2014 to 2030, the city will expand around the five clusters, then urban form achieves the connection of north-south urban development belt and Hai River development axis in the form of block filling. It can be concluded that the formevolution of coastal city will undergo four stages, namely core growth, clusters expansion, belt and axis expansion, regional filling. During the process of evolution, the city gradually gets rid of the extermal in fluence and achievse independent self-development. Under the exogenous scenarios, urban form tends to be decentralized, and change alternatively from leaping expansion to filling extension.

Abstract ( 123 )   PDF(pc) (842KB) ( 150 )   Save
In order to solve the problem of flight conflict detection and resolution (CDR) on fixed airway, a CDR method based on allocation of flight levels is proposed, and a distributed multi-agent system is designed for the algorithm implementation. Firstly, a fixed airway net graph is established to model control sector. Secondly, the major factors of the allocation of flight levels are analyzed, and then a priority evaluation model is established. Finally, a multi-agent system based on contract net protocol is designed, which establishes a distributed CDR mode based on independent communication, negotiation and coordination between intersection agents and aircraft agents, rather than an actual centralized mode relying on air traffic controllers. Simulation results show that the flight level distribution method is feasible, and it is closer to actual situation, compared with traditional method based on heading or velocity adjustment. And the designed distributed multi-agent system algorithm can search the optimal solution rapidly, which provides a new solution to the CDR problem.

A fluorescence polarization technique was established to screen Hsp90 inhibitors and was selected as candidate for further anti-proliferation study. Thermal shift assay was used to confirm the binding effect of cynaroside and Hsp90. Then it was found that cynaroside showed potent and selective antiproliferation activities against non-small lung cancer cells among 14 strains of cancer cells. The colonial assay, western blot and flow cytometry were employed to investigate its possible mechanism. The results showed that cynaroside could inhibit the proliferation of non-small lung cancer cells in a dose-dependent manner and induce the degradation of Raf-1, and HER2 expression. Moreover, cynaroside induced G2/M arrest in H460 cell and triggered apoptosis by up-regulatiing Bax expression. Finally, the results displayed that cynaroside, one of the flavonoids, formed antineoplastic activity by inhibiting Hsp90 activity to degrade its client proteins in H460 cells, inducing G2/M phase arrest and triggering apoptosis by up-regulating Bax expression.

In hydrochloric acid medium containing boric acid, Mo(VI) catalyzed bromate oxidation of iodine ion to form iodine, and then it reacted with polyvinyl alcohol to form blue green complex. It exhibited a maximum absorption peak at 670 nm, and a maximum resonance scattering peak at 369nm. In the selected conditions, there was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and resonance Rayleigh scattering intensity and the concentration of a certain range of bromate. Therefore, two new methods of determination of bromate were put forward in drinking water with spectrophotometry and resonance Rayleigh scattering. By using the spectrophotometric method, the regression equation was ΔA= 0.086ρBrO-3-0.013, the linear range was from 1 to 30 μg/L, with a detection limit of 0.5 μg/L. By using the resonance Rayleigh scattering method, the regression equation was ΔI=406.44ρBrO-3+36.36, the linear range was from 0.1 to 2 μg/L, with a detection limit of 0.05 μg/L. Bromate in drinking water was determined by using resonance Rayleigh scattering method with satisfactory results.

35 infrared cameras were set in 15 hm2 Forest Dynamics Plot of Nonggang National Nature Reserve from August 2012 to October 2013 in order to monitor diversity of mammals and birds. Based on the pictures of Muntiacus muntjak captured by infrared cameras, the activity pattern of Muntiacus muntjak was analyzed using three activity indices, namely daily-discrepancy index α, diurnal-nocturnal index β, seasonal-activity index γ. The results showed that diurnal activity pattern showed significant difference, with two peak at 6:00-10:00 and 16:00-20:00. Although there was marked variation in monthly β values, the mean β value was 0.58 (>13/24), indicating that Muntiacus muntjak is a twilight diurnal animal. There was marked variation in monthly α values. Compared with dry season, the α values were higher in the rainy season. No significant variations were found in the γ values between seasons and years. But the time of activity peak differed between seasons and years. These variations may be related to seasonal variation in temperature and food availability of limestone habitats.

The particle content ranging from 0.5-1 mm to 0.25-0.5 mm and <0.25 mm with Eucalptus grandis×E. urophylla forest growing negatively while Phyllostachys edulis forest and Cunninghamia lanceolata forest growing positively. The content of SOC (Cunninghamia lanceolata forest, Eucalptus grandis×E. urophylla forest and Pinus massoniana forest) increased while soil aggregate decreased. From the point of view of soil aggregate, it benefits the stability of Phyllostachys edulis forest soil, while go against soil stability of Pinus massoniana forest. There are significant differences among four artificial forest soils, and it was directly affected by the different sieve strength in Karst soil.
