The mining of floating car data is one of the research methods widely used in the transportation field. The basic BP neural network is also used for the prediction of traffic flow. In this paper, wavelet transform is used to decompose and reconstruct the low-frequency signal and high-frequency signal. Combining improved Firefly Algorithm to optimize basic BP neural network, a prediction model of speed of road network traffic flow is constructed. The model is trained by using the floating car data of urban road network and the model prediction results are empirically analyzed by the test data. It is proved that the accuracy of the model for the traffic velocity prediction of the road network at a specific moment is 46.56% higher than that of the BP neural network algorithm and the stability of the forecast of traffic flow speed within 24 hours of the road network increases by 39.08%.

In order to study the travel behavior of travelers under the short-term event of rail transit, firstly, the travel behavior of travelers on the way is divided into three categories. Then, the prospect theory is introduced to describe its travel behavior from the perspectives of three factors: travel time, travel expenses and transfer times. Based on the Logit model,a traffic loading model is built. Finally, taking Guangzhou Tower subway station as the research subject, this paper analyzes the passengers’ choice of road behavior when the subway is not stopped, and compares the passengers’ sensitivity to the number of transfer times and the increase of the number of transfer times. The results show that when the passenger is sensitive to the number of transfers or the increased number of transfers, the line flow is inversely related to the number of transfers. The passengers’ path selection behavior is influenced by the objective value of the three factors and the subjective preference of the passenger.

Abstract ( 149 )   PDF(pc) (1940KB) ( 458 )   Save
Convection Cahn-Hilliard (abbreviated as C-H) system is a class of continuum medium models, which can be used to explore phase transitions in binary systems. Applications of C-H system have been so ubiquitous in solid theory, excitable mathematics, material science and so on, therefore, great attentions have been paid by researchers in recent years from the characteristics of high nonlinearity, rich and complicated dynamical phenomena. In this paper,it is proposed that improved Lattice Boltzmann (LB for short) method with source term from the spatial derivatives of high order to simulate 1D-convetion C-H system. According to such LB model, transfer matrix of system and the stable condition of numerical computation are explored, which are closely related to the ratio of lattice spacing and time step. Based on such LB model, interesting research results are realized:on one hand, the growing convection strength k decreases oscillation range of system A,and power law feature of k-A relationship is found independent of diverse initial states. On the other hand, although the growth of convection strength can promote oscillation frequency of system, frequency hopping phenomena are outstanding. Furthermore, different initial states can lead to periodic oscillations with different frequencies, which mean that oscillations with different frequencies can coexist in the same convection strength.

Journal of Guangxi Normal University(Natural Science Edition). 2019, 37 (2):  27-37.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6600.2019.02.004
Abstract ( 236 )   PDF(pc) (3348KB) ( 228 )   Save
Contact angle is a common natural phenomenon, which is the result of liquid wetting on the solid surface. The surface wettability can be examined by measuring the contact angle. Starting from the free energy principle, the multi-phase Lattice Boltzmann method based on chemical potential is used to study the contact angle in the deformation of tiny droplets on the surface. The hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of the solid surface can be changed by setting different chemical potential. The present simulations include both the sessile droplets standing on the surface and the pendent droplets adsorbing below the surface. Ignoring the effect of gravity, the simulating contact angle is consistent to the theoretical results of the spherical crown method, and the contact angle can be linearly adjusted by the surface chemical potential. Considering the effect of gravity, although the droplets of different sizes have some degrees of obvious deformations, the contact angle computed by the present method remains the same; this verifies the theoretical analysis that the microscopic contact angle is independent of the gravity.

The age of ancient painting determines it’s price, and the identification of its age is a big problem that the collectors concerned about. In this paper, an ancient painting sample is measured with the GXNU-AMS (a single stage dedicated accelerator mass spectrometry at Guangxi Normal University), and the 14C age is determined to be the 489±20 BP. The calendar ages of the samples are determined to be in a period from 1412 to 1444 AD (95% confidence level) calibrated with intcal 13, which show that the ancient painting is a product in the early Ming Dynasty.

Since the synchronous reluctance motor will appear chaotic motion under certain conditions, the problem of how to stabilize chaotic motion in the synchronous reluctance motor is studied. In this paper, the bifurcation diagram is used to analyze the way of chaos for synchronous reluctance motor. The Poincare map reveals the fractal structure of the chaotic attractor of synchronous reluctance motor. And the local stability of the equilibrium point of the system is analyzed. Then a simple feedback controller is designed based on the small gain theorem of the input state stability system. The stabilization control of 5 equilibrium points of a synchronous reluctance motor is realized.

Journal of Guangxi Normal University(Natural Science Edition). 2019, 37 (2):  52-59.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6600.2019.02.007
Abstract ( 288 )   PDF(pc) (1184KB) ( 288 )   Save
Firstly, power allocation strategies of power generators in a grid are studied in this paper. Three allocation schemes (PE, DC and CC) of generator power are researched. For the allocation scheme of PE,the same power is generated by each generator. For DC,the power of a generator is allocated according to its degree centrality. For CC,the power of a generator is allocated according to its closeness centrality. The simulations are carried out in IEEE14 and IEEE39 standard test networks. The advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes are compared from the perspective of the synchronization and stability of the power grids.Study shows that the system synchronization and stability performance is the best when the generator power of a grid is allocated according to DC mode, the system synchronization and stability performance is the worst when the generator power is allocated according to PE mode, and the CC mode is in the middle among the three schemes. Secondly, the influence of the unbalanced development of power grid loads on a power grid performance is studied.Study shows that with more load nodes the power consumption increases and the synchronization and stability performance of power system decreases faster with more unbalanced distribution of power. Therefore, the unbalanced development of load and power consumption reduces the synchronization and stability of power system.

Abstract ( 228 )   PDF(pc) (1373KB) ( 402 )   Save
The automatic summarization technique is used to compress a long piece of articles into a shorter text that can generalize the content of the original text. Multiple documents are highly redundant, while the space of electronic devices is limited. Thus, the development of abstracts has faced with challenges. In this paper,a rough granularity sorting method with convolution features is proposed. First, the similarity matrix between sentences is regarded as a topological graph, and the convolution features of the graph convolution are obtained. Then, the convolution features of the graph convolution are fused and the mainstream extraction type multi document summarization technology is used to repeat the sentence, the top four sentences are selected as summaries. Lastly,a short summary generation model based on Seq2seq framework is proposed:1)the method based on the convolution neural network (CNN) is adopted in the encoder part;2)the pointer mechanism based on attention is introduced, the subject vector is incorporated into it. A series of experimental results show that in this scenario, compared with recurrent neural network (RNN),the encoder part based on CNN can be better parallelized, thus increasing the efficiency significantly on the premise of basically consistent effect. In addition, compared with the traditional extraction and compression model, the model proposed in this paper has been significantly improved in ROUGE indicators and readability (information and fluency).

Abstract ( 480 )   PDF(pc) (1970KB) ( 505 )   Save
To solve the long-term dependence of the Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) neural network is proposed as a variant of the RNN. By inheriting the excellent memory ability of the RNN to time series, the GRU overcomes this long-term dependence problem. For the long-term dependence of time series in financial time series, the GRU extension is applied to financial time series prediction. A financial time series prediction model based on differential operation and GRU neural network is proposed in this paper. The model is capable of handling complex features of financial time series data such as non-linearity, non-stationary and sequence correlation. It is used to predict the adjusted close price of the Standard & Poor’s (S&P) 500 stock index in this work. The experimental results show that the differencing operation can improve the generalization ability and the prediction accuracy of the GRU neural network, and the proposed method can perform a better prediction for the financial time series than the conventional approach, with a relatively low computing overhead.

Abstract ( 159 )   PDF(pc) (3296KB) ( 218 )   Save
A reversible data hiding algorithm based on interpolation technique and reference matrix is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the cover image is interpolated to generate an interpolated image using an improved linear interpolation method. Then, the interpolated image is divided into non-overlapped blocks with size 2×2. And the pixel in top-left corner of each block is taken as horizontal ordinate of the point in plane. Moreover, other pixels are taken as vertical ordinates to construct three coordinate points, which are mapped into reference matrix. Finally, the vertical ordinates are modified in accordance with the decimal value of secret data and the value of corresponding coordinate points in reference matrix to realize data hiding. During data extraction, three coordinate points of each block are constructed via the same method in data hiding and mapped into the reference matrix to obtain the values of corresponding coordinate points to achieve data extraction. Since only interpolated pixels are modified and the original pixels keep unchanged, the cover image can be recovered without loss. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm reaches high embedding capacity and has good visual quality.

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency, low detection speed and low accuracy of traditional solar panel defect detection method, this paper presents a method for the detection of solar panel based on machine vision, which adopts the method of combining hardware and software. According to the requirement of measurement precision, a mobile platform is designed which is suitable for shooting solar panel images, where the software part includes defect detection and measurement of grid line width. The width of the grid line is measured by centroid detecting and fitting a straight line. Based on this, the defect of the solar panel is detected by the support vector machine (SVM) image classification system, and a classifier is generated by using classified samples. Experimental verification shows that the defect detection accuracy is higher than 95%, and the grid line width measurement error is 1 μm. It is proved that the method not only is of low cost, high reliability and high detection efficiency, but also has wide practical value.

In this paper, the concept of graded simple injective modules is introduced. Let R be a G-graded ring. A graded R-module N is called a graded single injective module if EXT1R(S,N)=0 for any graded simple R-module S. A series of equivalent characterizations for graded simple injective modules are given, and it is shown that: if R is a left graded Artinian ring or R is a graded Noetherian ring with the graded Krull dimension at most one, then a graded module E is graded injective if and only if E is graded simple injective.

Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae and Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzicola are two pathovars of Xanthomonas oryzae. They have distinct differences in invasion paths, colonization niches in host plant, and disease symptoms. In this paper, the basic phenotype and chemotaxis of the two kinds of bacteria were analyzed by plate method and capillary method respectively, and the pathogenicity on the rice Oryza sativa L. japonica cultivar Nipponbare was tested by using the method of leaf-cutting inoculation and pressure infiltration inoculation. The results showed that the two kinds of bacteria were consistent in some indexes tested. They could form the yellow colony, and synthesize a considerable amount of extracellular polysaccharide and extracellular amylase. They also share similar chemotactic reactions to sucrose, amino acids and rice extracts. However, there are significant differences between the two bacteria in secreting extracellular protease and cellulase, and the chemotactic responses to glucose, xylose, fructose, citric acid, and many kinds of plant hormones.

The desorption of Cd, Pb, Mn and Zn from lead-zinc mine soils with six common organic acids was investigated by using soil washing approach. EGTA,citricacid (CA),oxalic acid (OA),tartaric acid (TA),ascorbic acid (VC) and EDTA at the concentration of 0,2.5,5 and 10 mmol·L-1 were studied. Heavy metal contaminated soils were collected from a lead-zinc mine area in Rong’an County,Guangxi province. The results indicated that EDTA has the greatest efficiency on releasing Pb, Zn and Cd from soils among the six organic acids, and the best extraction time is 9 h. At 9 h,the removal rates of EDTA to soil Pb,Zn and Cd were 6.82%,6.72% and 3.87%,respectively.VC and CA showed the greatest removal efficiency to soil Mn and the release efficiency was enhanced with the increase of the acid concentration. At 10 mmol·L-1 concentration of VC and CA,the amount of released soil Mn was 4.59 and 4.28 times greater than that of the control. Under the VC treatment, the amount of released soil Mn increased with the extraction time during the first 9 h washing after which there was no significant increase of Mn release(P>0.05),therefore the best extraction time was also 9 h.
