Comprehensive Evaluation of Urban Road Traffic Operation StatusBased on Game Theory-Cloud Model

In order to refine the evaluation of urban road traffic operation status, discover traffic problems and formulate reasonable improvement strategies, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of urban road traffic operation status based on game theory-cloud model to realize the evaluation analysis of micro-middle-macroscopic traffic operational status layer by layer. First, the average speed, segment saturation, average number of stops and travel time ratio are selected as the basic evaluation indicators. Next, intuitionistic fuzzy entropy method and information entropy method are used to obtain the main and objective weights of the indicators, and the comprehensive weights are calculated based on game theory. Then the threshold cloud digital characteristics and the X-condition cloud generator respectively are used to obtain the index cloud parameter and the cloud membership degree. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation result is obtained according to the principle of validity maximum membership degree and a hierarchical result cloud image is generated. Taking the traffic evaluation of regional road network in Guiyang as an example, compared with the comprehensive evaluation methods such as fuzzy evaluation, matter element evaluation and variable fuzzy evaluation, it is verified that the proposed method is not only reasonable and effective, but also more sensitive and close to reality.

Interleaved Parallel Symmetric Boost Converter

An interleaved parallel symmetric Boost converter is proposed. The converter has a simple structure,and the switching capacitor is added to the traditional staggered parallel boost converter, which doubles the input /output voltage conversion ratio of the converter and the voltage of the switching device is reduced to half the output voltage. Compared with the traditional interleaved Boost converter, the converter has a simple structure, doubles the input/output voltage conversion ratio, and the voltage stress of the switching device is only half of the output voltage. Three different duty cycle modes are derived from the interleaved parallel structure of the circuit. A control method of mixing the equal duty ratio and the unequal duty ratio mode is proposed by analyzing different duty cycle modes. The output control method using the hybrid control method avoids the overshoot of the output voltage at startup, and the output voltage fluctuation of the hybrid control compared with the traditional control method is reduced by 93.3%. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulations. This new Boost converter is very suitable for applications when large conversion ratios are required and load is unstable.

An Improved Stack Algorithm Based on Local Sensitive Hash

Stack generalization is born with high complexity and data leakage. At the same time, when it faces different data samples, the result is not stable. The LBDS proposed in this paper uses LSH (local sensitive hashing) algorithm to map the training and test set to the hash bucket. When one of the two bucket is full, which will be used as the starting training condition, the trained model predicts the training and test data and their neighborhoods when the other bucket is full. Then the algorithm filters the base classifier by using the stability and information entropy conditions and generates the high-level classifier. Finally, through the mixed voting and average method, the results generated by high-level training prediction are obtained. Experimental results show that LBDS has an average improvement of 2% in ACC and AUC, and a decrease of 10% in training time complexity. Meanwhile, LBDS shows better stability and generalization ability.

An Ink-jetted Code Character Recognition MethodBased on Probabilistic Neural Network

In the study of the intelligent ink-jetted code character recognition, it is difficult to locate and recognize the ink-jetted code characters accurately since the ink-jetted code characters are printed on the package of the product with complicated background and other standard characters. During the printing process, the font size of the ink-jetted code characters, the amount of the ink ejection and the influence of illumination are different. In view of the above difficulties, an ink-jetted code character recognition method based on Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the original image is converted to a grayscale image, and the Gaussian filter is used to remove the noise. Secondly, the improved FAST corner detection algorithm is used to quickly locate the ink-jetted code character. The HOG features and the mesh features of the ink-jetted code characters are extracted, and the two features are merged. Finally, the features are sent to the PNN to establish a classification model, which are used to recognize ink-jetted code characters. The experimental results show that the proposed method is very fast and the accuracy of location is high. Compared with BP neural network, when the characters are subject to different light and have different fonts, the recognition accuracy of the model trained by PNN is improved.

An Image Stitching Method Based on Grid Warping and Cosine Function Weight

An image stitching method based on the grid warping and cosine function weight is proposed to eliminate the ghost and chromatic gap in the stitched image. Firstly, the SIFT (scale-invariant feature transform) and RANSAC (random sample consensus algorithms) are used for the extraction and matching of feature points in the image to be stitched. Secondly, the GD (Gaussian distribution) model is used to remove the mismatched feature points. Then the cosine function is used as the weighting function of APAP (as-projective-as-possible image stitching) and global similarity transformation model. Finally, the cosine function weight is used to weight the warped image. The experimental results show that the stitching effect of this method is better than that of the classic algorithm, and the method can effectively eliminate the ghost and chromatic gap in the stitched image.

A subgroup H of a finite group G is said to be a generalized c#-normal subgroup of G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that HK is normal in G and H∩K is a CAP-subgroup of G. By using the c#-normality of some Hall and maximal subgroups, several sufficient or necessary conditions are obtained for a group to be π-solvable or solvable.

The study of 2-designs with highly symmetric properties, for example, block-transitivity, is one of the leading subjects in design theory. Most of the studies of block-transitive 2-designs hitherto focus on the case that the automorphism group is point-primitive. Thus, the point-imprimitive case becomes a hot issue in the field. The main aim of this article is to study the classification of block-transitive 2-designs with point-imprimitive automorphism group ScwrSd and determine all such 2-(v,k,λ) designs with v=cd and 30<v≤50.

Moreover, an example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.

A class of stochastic SIS epidemic model incorporating mean-reverting Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process is investigated. Sufficient conditions for the extinction and permanence of the system are established. The threshold which determines the disease will die out or not is obtained. When Rs0<1, the disease will extinct. While when Rs0>1, the disease will persist. It is found that smaller speed of reversion or bigger intensity of volatility can suppress the disease outbreak. The conclusions are simulated through the numerical method.

In this paper, the compact implicit-explicit BDF method are proposed to solve nonlinear partial integral differential equations, i.e. the equation is discretized by the implicit-explicit BDF method in time and compact finite difference approximations in space. Then, the global convergence of the scheme is proved rigorously with convergence order O(τ2+h4). Finally, numerical examples are presented to verify the accuracy and validity of the numerical scheme.

Reaction of two new phosphine ligands, N, N′-bis [(diphenylphosphine) methylene]-N, N′-bis(4-pyridine methyl)-p-phenylenediamine (L1) and N, N′-bis[(diphenylphosphine) methylene]-N, N′-bis(2-pyridine methyl)-p-naphthalene diamine (L2), with gold salts [AuCl(THF)] (THF = tetrahydrofuran) produced organic phosphine gold chloride complexes. Then, it generated organic phosphonic alkyne complexes of gold by further treatment with phenylacetylene. The obtained gold alkyne complexes reacted with trimethylsilane azide to generate 1, 2, 3-triazoles complexes. These complexes were characterized by infrared spectrum, nuclear magnetic spectrum and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It was found that the weak Au-π interactions play a certain role in the stability of the complexes.

The aim of this research is to immobilize marine lipase adopting macroporous adsorbent resin HPD700 as the carrier and using neopentyl glycol diglycidyl ether as the cross-linking agent. The adsorption single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment were carried out under the optimal cross-linking conditions of temperature 35 ℃, cross-linking pH5.5, concentration 0.5%, time 2 h. Based upon both single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal adsorption conditions were determined as follows: temperature 40 ℃, carrier amount 1.0 g and 2 h. Under this condition, the enzyme activity reached 190.80 U/g, and the enzyme activity recovery rate was 43.04%. Compared with free enzyme, the pH stability of the immobilized enzyme was basically the same, but the optimal reaction temperature of the immobilized enzyme has increased by 15 ℃ and the immobilized enzyme showed much better thermo-stability. The immobilized enzyme also has good operation stability and storage stability, and the immobilized enzyme could maintain 57.38% enzyme activity after continuous use for 5 times; and remain 69.40% enzyme activity after being stored in at 4 ℃ for 60 days. Therefore, immobilization of marine lipase using macroporous adsorbent resin HPD700 and first cross-linking then adsorbed method has a good prospect in the application of industrial enzyme.

Five taxa of Rubiaceae in the paper are reported as newly record in Guangxi, China. They are Brachytome hainanensis C. Y. Wu ex W. C. Chen, Brachytome hirtellata Hu var. glabrescens W. C. Chen, Hedyotis lianshanensis Ko, Neanotis boerhaavioides (Hance) Lewis and Leptomischus funingensis Lo. Among them, Brachytome Hook. f. is a firstly reported genus in Guangxi. The short-styled flower of L. funingensis is firstly described. These new records not only enriched the data of plant diversity of Guangxi, but also provide a useful reference to the studies of Rubiaceae.

In 2018, a field survey was carried out on the bird species of Gulinqing Nature Reserve in Yunnan Province. The survey was taken for four times, each in one season. A total of 170 species of bird belonging to 45 families and 10 orders were recorded, of which 10 species were listed as National Second-class Protected Animals. There were 142 residents (83.53%), 10 summer visitors (5.88%), 9 winter visitors (5.29%), and 9 migrants (5.29%). Of the 152 species of breeding birds (residents and summer visitors), 134 were originally treated as Oriental species in terms of avifauna, which was consistent with the characteristics of its position inside Indochina bioregion. In respect of the three habitat types of this reserve, the broadleaved forest had the highest bird richness (129 species) and the highest diversity index (H′=5.829), which indicated its high value for conservation. Bird richness was the highest in autumn (108 species), followed by spring (103), winter (91) and summer (88), however, the highest bird density occurred in winter, which resulted from the increase of bird flocks in this season. These results of the survey provided the first records of avifauna from Gulingqing Nature Neserve, thereby providing primary baseline data of wildlife resources for future management of biodiversity.

In order to investigate the expression of Follistatin (FST) gene in Siniperca chuatsi during embryonic development, the full-length cDNA sequence of FST gene was cloned by qRT-PCR, 3′RACE and 5′RACE techniques from the embryonic tissue of S. chuatsi (GenBank:KM077175.1). Bioinformatics analysis showed that the full length of cDNA is 1 271 bp with coding region 960 bp and encoding 319 amino acids. The amino acid sequence identity of FST and their phylogenetical relations with other species were also assayed. The expression profile of FST was analyzed with qRT-PCR at different embryonic development stages in S. chuatsi. The results showed that FST expression is relatively low at both fertilization and cleavage stages. After that, its expression increases significantly from blastocyst stage, reaches the highest at neural stage, and then its expression remains at relative low level.

Hydrochemical Characteristics and Main Ion Sourcesof Shallow Groundwater in Zihe River Source Region, Shandong, China

The hydrogeological site investigation and hydrogeochemical methods were used to study the chemical characteristics and main ion sources of shallow groundwater in the source region of the Zihe River. The research showed that there are three types of shallow groundwater in the source region of the Zihe River:Quaternary loose pore water, carbonate rock karst groundwater and massive rock weathered fissure water. The water quality types are respectively:HCO3·SO4-Ca·Mg type, HCO3·SO4-Ca·Mg type and HCO3·SO4-Ca type. The concentrations of calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate ions in the three types of groundwater are relatively stable in the aquifer, while the concentrations of sodium, potassium, nitrate and chloride in the groundwater of the study area vary greatly, which are affected by environmental factors. As the main water supply target, the main chemical components of carbonate karst groundwater, calcium ions are mainly derived from the dissolution of dolomite and calcite, and partly from the infiltration of chloride ions and nitrate ions and the dissolution of gypsum. Magnesium ion is derived from the dissolution of dolomite; bicarbonate ion is mainly derived from the co-dissolution of calcite and dolomite, and secondly by rainfall replenishment; sulfate ion has three sources, but mainly from the dissolution of gypsum layer and the oxidation of pyrite. The comprehensive results showed that the groundwater quality in the source area of the Zihe River is good, and all the indicators have reached the groundwater Class III water quality standard. The shallow groundwater quality is mainly related to the precipitation, groundwater flow conditions and bare or shallow burial of the carbonate. The research will provide a scientific decision-making basis for the planning and construction of karst groundwater source areas in the source region of the Zihe River, and rational utilization and protection of karst groundwater resources.
