In order to study the influence of agents’ action strategies on the evolution of social economic system, the basic majority game and the evolutionary majority game in which agents prefer to stay in the majority are put forward on the basis of minority game. We build agent-based models, all the agents in the model are given bounded rationality, and they use their best strategy or modify their strategy probility each round in order to compete for finite resources. When evolving to stable state, phenomena which are unique to human society also occur. In the basic minority game, if agents in the majority are ruled winners, we get the basic majority game, and the game has higher resources utilization when the dimension of the strategy space, m, is smaller. As m gets larger, the utilization becomes lower, approaching that of the random choice game finally. While the utilization of evolutionary majority game isn’t affected by m, so,when m in the game is larger, the evolution is so perferable to improve the utilization of the system. With the same parameters in the game, different random initial conditions may cause different side of distribution of P(p) at p=0.5.The average number of winners each round is also found to be related to the distribution of P(p) at the same time. If we use different boundary conditions to reset agents’ strategy probabilities, we will also get different distribution of P(p). For further analysis of evolutionary majority game’s utilization, we find that the lager the parameter r which means the relation between agents’ old and new p,the flatter distribution of P(p) is,and the utilization also gets larger. At last, if we improve R representing the value of the prize-to-fine ratio, the distribution of P(p) will also be affected, resulted to a lager utilization of the game.

Based on the Greenberg-Hastings cellular automata model, the effect of the position perturbation for the spiral waves in excitable media is studied. The amplitude of the position perturbation represents the interaction distance between cells. The computer simulation results show that the position perturbations with different amplitudes are added into the system after the stable spiral wave is formed, and the stability of spiral wave meanders is related to the range of the position perturbation of the cells. Different ranges of the position perturbation will result in two different changes of the stable waves. New stable waves are formed or disappeared after meanders. The two types meandering behavior are observed, and the mechanism underlying these phenomena are analyzed.

In order to solve the problem that the voltage gain is limited by the limit of the voltage gain because of the parasitic parameters in traditional boost converter and a series of problems caused by the presence of the leakage inductance in the traditional boost converter with coupled inductance, a new high gain coupled inductor boost converter for photovoltaic power generation system is proposed. Based on the traditional coupled inductor boost converter, the converter is added to the lossless absorption circuit composed of diode, inductor and capacitor. As the coupled inductor has the transformer effect, the new circuit has higher voltage gain, compared with the traditional boost converter with coupled inductance; Since inductance has the effect of inhibiting the rise of current, it can reduce the current stress of the switch tube when the switch tube is on; The lossless snubber circuit could absorb leakage inductance energy to suppress the voltage spike at bothends of the switch. When the switch is turned completely, the energy in the capacitor and inductance can be delivered to the load, which realizes the lossless transmission to further enhance the voltage gain. In order to verify the validity of the new coupled inductor boost converter, the simulation model of the new coupled inductor boost converter and the traditional coupled inductor boost converter are built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform. By comparing the corresponding simulation waveforms of the two models, it can be seen that the new converter has higher voltage gain and relatively smaller voltage and current stress on the switch tube than the traditional one.

Abstract ( 140 )   PDF(pc) (2647KB) ( 200 )   Save
Based on multi-diagonal(MD)code and the cyclic-shift unit matrix, a new two-dimensional spectral/spatial code family with zero cross correlation named two dimensional cyclic shift multi-diagonal(2D-CSMD)code is proposed for Spectral Amplitude Code-Optical Code Division Multiple Access(SAC-OCDMA). By taking into account the effects of phase-induced intensity noise (PIIN), hot noise and thermal noise, the formula of signal to noise ratio (SNR) and bit error ratio (BER) are deduced and the BER performances of SAC-OCDMA system is analyzed and simulated. Theoretical analysis show that 2D-CSMD code family has a larger code capacity and a lower BER in SAC-OCDMA system compared with 2D-MD code family with the same size matrix. The simulations show that 2D-CSMD code has a better performance than 2D-MD code under the same conditions, and an ideal eye diagram of 2D-CSMD in the simulation is generated.

Abstract ( 155 )   PDF(pc) (1671KB) ( 481 )   Save
According to the characteristics of the time-frequency analysis of the wavelet transform, a novel QPSK(quadrature phase shift keying) signal demodulation method in the communication system is proposed. The novel demodulation method for QPSK signal is different from the traditional demodulation method. First of all, it can directly extract and decide the frequency and phase (equivalent to the instantaneous value) of the received QPSK signal and it is a time-frequency detection method which has the multi-resolution properties; second, it is a "blind detection" method without strict synchronization between the transmitter signal and receiver signal. The computer simulation results show that the novel signal demodulation method has better performance than the traditional one in anti-noise property and robustness of anti complex channel.

In the multi-path parallel transmission process, due to the differences in the quality of the transmission path, the overall performance declines in the network transmission. To overcome this problem, a multi-path parallel transmission path dynamic decision method (concurrent multipath transfer-dynamic selection, CMT-DS) is proposed in this article. Taking into account the influence of path transmission quality on network throughput, by measuring the time delay, jitter, packet loss rate and cache occupancy ratio in the network transmission, the correlation function of the quality of the path is established and the path is selected dynamically based on the correlation function.Experimental results show that the CMT-DS method is more close to the measurement results of the Spirent network test instrument, and the choice of dynamic path improves the network throughput by 12.07%.

Abstract ( 145 )   PDF(pc) (2231KB) ( 214 )   Save
The single-cell analysis, achieved on the microfluidic chip, is able to grasp more accurate and comprehensive cells information, has important scientific significance for the prevention and early disease diagnosis. Based on the theories that the deformability of the early cancer cells are different from normal cells when they go around a curve in the microfluidic chip. So a new cell segmentation algorithm, which fuses classical grabcut algorithm with snake algorithm, is proposed to accurately extract a single cell outline, and achieve the deformation analysis of a single cell. Firstly, the morphological operators are used to eliminate small bright spot noise. Secondly, canny and snake algorithm are utilized to get the position of one cell, which can be regarded as the initialization of the grabcut algorithm. Finally, accurate cell contour are extracted by grabcut algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm combines the advantages of snake algorithm and grabcut algorithm. In the absence of human interaction, the average correct segmentation rate is up to 93.7%, can meet the medical requirements of single cell analysis.

A protecting method of regions of interest(ROIs) of image based on information hiding is proposed. Firstly, by calculating the saliency map of the image, the saliency map is segmented to obtain the ROIs of the image. Secondly, the minimum enclosing rectangles of ROIs are calculated and regions of the minimum enclosing rectangles are used as image protection areas. Thirdly, the pixels in protected regions of an image are transformed into binary data and the number of hidden backups is determined according to the binary data bits and the hiding capacity of the image. Finally, multiple backups of protecting regions are embedded in original image to achieve protection of ROIs. It is shown, by experimental results, that the hidden protected regions can be extracted to restore image when protected regions of an image are destroyed.

The 1 329-clones genomic library of Klebsiella oxytoca KO108 was constructed by pWEBTM Cosmid. Its coverage and randomness was confirmed by the electrophoresis profiles of 20 recombination plasmids digestion with EcoR Ⅰ,which were randomly selected from the library. The results showed that all tested plasmids contained the 8.2 kb cosmid fragment and an exogenous one diverse in size from 25 to 50 kb(about 40 kb in average), this suggested that the total capacity of this library was about 52 Mb, 5 times of KO108 genome, 99.8% theoretical possibility including any gene in this strain. The library lays a foundation for functional gene cloning and comparative genomics research for Klebsiella oxytoca.
