摘要: 选取体重接近且健康的哺乳藏猪30头,其中1、7、14、21和28日龄各6头,运用实时定量PCR对Pept1、EAAC1、CAT1 mRNA表达的发育性变化进行研究。结果表明,在十二指肠中藏猪CAT1、Pept1 mRNA表达的发育性变化相似,14日龄时表达丰度最高;EAAC1、CAT1 mRNA在空肠中表达的发育性变化相似,CAT1在21日龄达到最高点,但与其他日龄相比差异不显著;回肠中Pept1与EAAC1 mRNA表达丰度具有相似的发育性变化,7日龄回肠Pept1 mRNA表达量最高,显著高于其他各发育阶段(P<0.05)。
