摘要: 本文在采用逐步Ⅰ型混合截尾(type-Ⅰ progressive hybrid censoring, Type-Ⅰ PHC)方案的步进应力部分加速寿命试验(step-stress partially accelerated life test, SSPALT)下,研究屏蔽数据相依串联两部件系统的统计推断。当部件寿命服从指数分布时,利用损伤随机变量(TRV)模型和Copula函数构建相依竞争风险模型;然后,基于极大似然理论,建立未知参数的极大似然估计,并通过渐近似然理论和Bootstrap抽样方法给出参数相应的置信区间估计;最后,运用蒙特卡罗模拟验证所提估计方法的可行性。结果表明,该模型方法对相依屏蔽数据系统的可靠性分析可行、有效。
