麻疯树雌雄花分化对4种外源激素的响应

Responses of Male and Female Flower Differentiation of Jatropha curcas L. to 4 Exogenous Hormones

摘要: 为了探究激素对麻疯树Jatropha curcas L.花芽分化的影响,寻求诱导雌花分化的最佳激素及浓度处理,提高其雌雄比例,本文以4年生麻疯树为研究对象,采用4种可促雌分化的激素(IAA、6-BA、NAA、乙烯利)对花芽期的麻疯树进行诱导试验,确定对麻疯树雌花诱导效果最佳激素种类及浓度配比。4种激素对麻疯树都有一定的促雌分化效果,IAA最适浓度为60 mg/L,对麻疯树雌花的诱导率最高达70.97%;NAA最适浓度为60 mg/L,对麻疯树雌花诱导率最高达54.84% (主要是抑制雄花分化,提高其雌雄比);6-BA最适浓度为60 mg/L,对麻疯树雌花诱导率最高达20%;乙烯利最适浓度为1 440 mg/L,对麻疯树雌花诱导率最高达41.94%。经IAA处理后,麻疯树座果率高达98.83%,同时提高了种子质量,而种子含油率没有显著提高。综合分析比较,最终确定喷施浓度为60 mg/L的IAA是提高麻疯树雌雄比例最适宜的激素,其雌雄比为1∶12.0,坐果率49.96%。

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of hormones on flower bud differentiation of Jatropha curcas L., the best hormone and concentration to induce female flower differentiation were sought to improve the ratio of male to female.The 4 year old J. curcas L. were used as the research object. 4 kinds of hormone (IAA, 6-BA, NAA, Ethephon) were used to induce the J. curcas L. in flower bud stage to determine the best hormone type and concentration ratio for the induction effect of the J. curcas L. 4 hormones have a certain effect on the female J. curcas L.: the optimum concentration of IAA is 60 mg/L,the highest induction rate for the female flower of J. curcas L. is up to 70.97%; the optimum concentration of NAA is 60 mg/L, and the highest induction rate for the female flower of J. curcas L. is up to 54.84% (mainly to inhibit the male flower differentiation and increase the male and female ratio); the optimum concentration of 6-BA is 60 mg/L, and the induction rate of J. curcas L. was 20%; the optimum concentration of Ethephon was 1 440 mg/L.The highest induction rate for female flowers was 41.94%.After IAA treatment, the fruit set rate of J. curcas L.reached 98.83%, while the seed quality was improved and the seed oil content did not increase significantly. IAA is the most suitable hormone for improving the male and female ratio of J. curcas L. with 60 mg/L. The ratio of male and female to male and male is 1∶12.0, and the rate of fruit sitting is 49.96%.
