不同株龄田七根际土壤微生物和酶活性变化

Variation Microbial Biomass and Enzyme Activities in the RhizosphereSoil of the Different Plant Ages of Panax notoginseng

摘要: 为减轻田七连作障碍、防治土传性病害,本文以不同株龄的田七Panax notoginseng根际土壤为实验材料,测定其细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及其酶活性相关指标的变化。结果表明:随着田七株龄的增加,其根际土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量均有不同程度的减少,整体上各株龄田七植株根际土壤的细菌、真菌、放线菌数量之间差异显著,CK(未种过田七土壤)中土壤微生物数量最多,1年生土壤次之,3年生最少。从4月份至12月份:1年生田七根际土壤细菌减少23%~74%,真菌减少6%~37.5%,放线菌减少12%~66.7%;2年生田七根际土壤细菌减少18%~80.7%,真菌减少50%~60%,放线菌减少32%~79%;3年生田七根际土壤细菌减少37%~87.9%,真菌减少50%~75%,放线菌减少33%~52%。不同株龄田七根际土壤的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、中性磷酸酶活性均随着田七株龄的增加而降低,CK中土壤酶活性最高,1年生土壤次之,3年生最低。可见,田七根际土壤微生物和酶活性受株龄影响,随着田七株龄的增加,其根际土壤的微生物数量整体减少,中性磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶的酶活性均下降。

Abstract: In order to provide reference for soil problems such as continuous cropping obstacles and soil borne disease, the experiment was carried out with the rhizosphere soil of Panax notoginseng at different plant ages as material, the changes of the number of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and their enzyme activities were determined. The results show that with the increase of the planted age, the number of rhizosphere bacteria, fungi and actinomyces were reduced, with the most quantity of soil microbial in CK, the second in 1 year-old soil and the minimum in 3 year-old soil. . From April to December, the rhizosphere bacteria of 1 year-old were reduced by 23%-74%, the fungi were decreased by 6%-37.5%, and the actinomyces by 12%- 66.7%. The rhizosphere bacteria of 2 year-old were decreased by 18%-80.7% , the fungi were reduced by 50%-60% and the actinomyces by 32%-79%; The rhizosphere bacteria of 1 year-old were reduced by 37%-87.9%, the fungi were reduced by 50%-75% and the actinomyces by 33%-52%;while the catalase, urease, phosphatase activity were decreased with the order that CK (never planted)soil enzyme activity ranked the first,the1year the second, and 3 years old the minimum. Therefore, the plant age of Panax notoginseng had a great influence on its rhizosphere microorganisms and enzyme activities. The amount of Panax notoginseng rhizosphere microorganisms decreases with the increase of the planted age, and the neutral phosphatase, urease and catalase enzymes activity decreased.
