A Cellular Automaton Model Connected to the ConductionRestitution Property of Cardiac Cells

Cellular automaton is an important method for studying cardiac signal dynamics, but the cells in traditional Greenberg-Hastings cellular automaton have the constant conduction velocity distribution, which cannot reflect the relation between the cardiac signal conduction velocity and the preceding state period. In this paper, a cellular automaton model connected to the conduction restitution of cardiac cells is established. In this model, the conduction velocity of the electrical cardiac signal depends on the preceding state period of the myocardial cells. With this model, the production and maintenance of stable spiral waves in myocardial tissue are simulated, and the phenomena of the Doppler and Eckhaus instability of spiral waves are exhibited, which can not be produced by the traditional Greenberg-Hastings cellular automaton. The causes of the above phenomena are analyzed in this paper. This work provides an useful guidence for further study of the electrical cardiac signal in the future.

Tracking Control of Synchronous Reluctance Motor Basedon Feedback Linearization Method

It is important to study how to control chaos in synchronous reluctance motor. In the paper, chaotic characteristics of synchronous reluctance motor is studied by numerical analysis. The different motion states of synchronous reluctance motor are analyzed by using Lyapunov exponent. The controller is designed based on the local feedback linearization theory in differential geometry and sliding mode control theory. The results show that the sliding mode control method with input output feedback linearization can realize the accurate tracking of the output signals of the precise synchronous reluctance motor and the uncertain synchronous reluctance motor.

The Adaptive Wiener Filtering Deblurring Based on the Genetic Algorithm

In order to remove the blur of uniform linear motion caused by the camera shake or the motion of the object itself, on the basis of the theory of Wiener filter image restoration and genetic algorithm, an adaptive Wiener filter based on genetic algorithm for deblurring is proposed. The genetic algorithm is used to adaptively optimize the k value of the regularization term, which could achieve the best image restoration effect from the fitness function. The experimental results show that this method could select the appropriate adaptive-degree-function, remove the motion blur of the real image as much as possible, and the effect of image restoration is better than that of Wiener filtering algorithm, which has some practical significance.

The Influence of the Distributed Power Station Connection Modeson the Power Grid Synchronization

In this paper, the distributed power stations are connected to the power grid through the load nodes of the original power grid. According to the average distance of each load node to all generator nodes in the original power grid, two kinds of distributed power plant connection modes are put forward. In the first way, the new joining distributed power plants start from the load node of the minimum average distance to the original generator nodes, and the rest of distributed power plants are connected to load nodes according to the average distance value in ascending order, which is called mode A. In the second way, the new joining distributed power plants start from the load of the maximum average distance from the original generator nodes, and other distributed power plants are connected to load nodes according to the average distance value in descending order, which is called mode B. From the grid statistical characteristics and synchronization dynamics point of view, it is found that the network nodes are more distributed and the synchronizability of the network is better when the distributed power plants are connected to the power grid using mode B. At the same time, the diffusion rate of the grid loss synchronous wave caused by the low power disturbance is slower with mode B when the disturbed node is close to the power stations, which is beneficial to the stable control of the grid. This research has some guiding significance for improving the reliability operation of the power grid when the distributed power stations are connected to the grid.

Design of Ultra-Wideband Microstrip Bandpass Filter

Based on the defected microstrip structure (DMS), a new H-shaped DMS microstrip filter is proposed. A small ultra-wideband microstrip bandpass filter is designed and fabricated using the DMS structure and the 1/4 wavelength shorted resonator. The filter is analyzed and simulated by ADS software. The designed filter is tested by physical processing. The test results show that the relative bandwidth of the filter reaches 116%, and the band with -20 dB is 12-19 GHz and its width is 7 GHz, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The size of the filter is 13.7 mm× 6.8 mm, with a small insertion loss, simple structure, and other advantages.

Based on the analysis of the defect of existing construction method on Vague soft set entropy,this article proposes a new method of Vague soft sets fuzzy entropy,which contains both unpredictability and uncertainty of Vague sets itself.The two factors that influence the fuzzy entropy are comprehensively measured by adding the uncertainty and the unknown degree of the distance between the true and false membership of the Vague set.The value of the adjustment factor is set to be a constant,which is multiplied by 1/2 to match the constraints of the Vague soft set fuzzy entropy.Compared with the existing fuzzy entropy,it is shown that its rationality through the data analysis is good. By establishing a landmark model by the new fuzzy entropy-Topsis theory,the fuzziness of the information is eliminated,and the effective information of the landmark is quantified and weighted.At last,the ranking of the landmarks is represented by the relative distance between the landmarks and the reference points.The proposed fuzzy entropy of Vague soft sets are applied to landmark sort,showing it can make the optimal decision effectively.

Capital asset pricing model (CAPM) is the focus of the academic study of modern finance theory. The effectiveness of CAPM in China’s current capital markets needs to further empirical research and test. In this paper, the indices of 30 industries and the Shanghai Composite Index are chosen as research subjects, and their daily trading data from October 15, 2007 to September 30, 2015 are used to conduct time series analysis and cross-sectional double regression analysis. The β coefficients of different periods in different industries are calculated to analyze the risk and benefit of each industry in a comprehensive way, and to test the validity of CAPM model by using the linear relationship between the average rates of return and the β coefficients.

In this paper, upper bound for an (n,{3,4,5},(2,3,1),1,Q)-OOC is given. By using quadratic residues, it is proved that there exist an optimal (15p,{3,4,5},(2,3,1),1,(1/3,1/3,1/3)-OOC and (25p,{3,4,5},(2,3,1),1,(1/4,1/4,1/2))-OOC for each prime p≡3(mod 4) and p≥7.

Combinatorial batch codes (CBCs in short) has an important application in data storage and data recovery. In this paper, firstly a new kind of dual set system, which satisfies thek-Hall condition, is constructed with the parameter k=p (p+1). Then by means of this set system, a new upper bound on the size of a CBC is derived. Finally the upper bound is proved to be tighter than the previous results.

In this paper, a class of two-point boundary value problem of fractional differential equations are studied:Dα0+u(t)=-f(t,u(t)), 0<t<1,u(0)=u′(0)=u′(1)=0,where 2<α≤3, Dα0+ is the standard Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative. The uniqueness of solution of the fractional two-point boundary value problem is acquired by using Banach’s contraction mapping principle, and the existence of positive solutions for the boundary value problem is obtained by using the fixed point index of the cohesive mapping under the general noncompactness measure condition.

After the structure, energy and frontier orbitals of cluter Co5B2 have been systematically investigated by using the density functional theory method at B3LYP/Lan12dz level, the following conclusions were obtained: there are three types of structure from 8 optimized configurations of Co5B2 with spin doublet and quartet states, and the most stable configuration is monocapped quadrilateral dipyramid. The configuration 1(2) is the most stable with the minimum energy and the maximum binding energy. The consistent conclusion obtained from three aspects, the HOMO-LUMO of cluter, the HOMO-LUMO orbital energy gap and the Koopman’s theorem is that the reactive activity of configuration from spin doublet state is growing with the increase of energy and that of configuration 4(2) is the strongest, while the reactive activity of configuration from spin quartet state is decreasing with the increase of energy except 1(4) and that of configuration 2(4) is the strongest.

In this paper, polyaniline/activated mesocarbon microbeads (PANI/A-MCMB) composite material was obtained through in-situ chemical polymerization of aniline by using activated mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) as substrate and ammonium peroxydisulfate (APS) as oxidizing agent. The morphology and structure of prepared PANI/A-MCMB composite material was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). A symmetric redox supercapacitor was assembled with PANI/A-MCMB composite as active electrode material and 1.0 mol/L H2SO4 aqueous solution as electrolyte, and the electrochemical properties of this PANI/A-MCMB supercapacitor were investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and galvanostatic charge/ discharge tests. The experimental results show that the single specific capacitance of PANI/A-MCMB composite materials is 301.6 F/g at current density for 0.1 A/g, the specific capacitance is 276.3 F/g and the capacity retention is 91.6 % after 1 000 charge/discharge cycles. PANI/A-MCMB composite materials have higher specific capacity and better cyclic stability than PANI electrode materials whose single specific capacitance of PANI is only 228 F/g and the capacity retention is 39.5% after 1 000 charge/discharge cycles.

In pH 7.4 Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution with the presence of human chorionic gonadotropin peptide (HCGP) probe, the AgNPs can be aggregated to bigger AgNPs clusters. However, AgNPs can be well dispersed into this solution when the human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is added to form stable HCGP-HCG composite. The well-dispersed AgNPs exhibits catalysis on the reaction of H2O2 reducting HAuCl4 into AuNPs which appeares a strong surface plasmon resonance (SPR) peak at 550 nm. With the increase of HCG concentration, the SPR peak increases linearly at 550 nm. The increased SPR absorption (ΔA550 nm) is linear to HCG in the range of 0.25~50 μg/L, with a regression equation of ΔA550 nm=0.012 4C+0.02,a correlation coefficient of 0.987 8, and a detection limit of 0.2 μg/L. Thus, a simple, low-cost and sensitive nanosilver-catalytic SPR spectrometry was developed for the determination of HCG.

By field observation and sample line survey, the movement patterns of Shinisaurus crocodilurus in spring, summer and fall at Luokeng Nature Reserve in Guangdong province of China, were studied and the influencing factors on it were analyzed. The results showed that: the single moving distance among individuals is significant different (F=38.184, P<0.001). The single moving distances of S. crocodilurus among different age group were different: ① In spring, male>juvenile>female>subadult; ②In summer, male>subadult>female>juvenile;③ In fall, male>subadult>female>juvenile. The maximum moving distance among the age group toward the upstream and downstream were also different: male>subadult>juvenile>female. Effecting factors on the movement of S.crocodilurus were different among the three seasons. The corresponding management strategies should be made according to the moving characteristics of S. crocodilurus in different seasons.

The study on the ranging behavior and habitat utilizationis crucial to explore primate’s adaptation strategy. From July to September 2012, the data on ranging behavior and habitat utilization were collected from a group of Assamese macaque (Macaca assamensis) in a limestone forest of the Nonggang Nature Reserve, Guangxi, China. The results indicated that Assamese macaques had a daily ranging distance of 784.3±137.6 m. Further analysis showed that the daily ranging distance of Assamese macaque was in direct proportion to the amount of immature leaves in the diet and was in inverse proportion to the fruits consumption, indicating that the food abundance and distribution pattern were predominant factors to influence the Assamese macaque ranging behavior. There was significant variation in the vertical space utilization of Assamese macaque. The cliff occurred most frequently (the total record of 45.5%±24.3%), followed by the slope (28.2%±26.6%), the hill top (16.7%±20.8%), and the flat ground (9.6%±13.5%). Limestone hill utilization of the Assamese macaque could be related to the trade-off between feeding benefit and predation risk.

Nuclear envelope proteins syndrome is an umbrella term of a series of human diseases induced by kinds of nuclear envelope structural proteins (lamins, SUNs, emerin, etc.) gene mutations, such as progeria. Due to the majority of mutations found in LMNA gene, these diseases are also named laminopathies, but their pathogenesis is still unclear. So the lamin A gene mutation C1294T was taken as a candidate to study the effect of gene mutations on the structure and function of cell nucleus and on the localization and function of related chromatin and nuclear membrane proteins. The research results showed that the LMNA mutation affected the integrity of structure and function of nuclear envelope, even resulted in the nuclear envelope wrinkle and shaped vesicles. In addition, the mutation had a certain inhibiting effect on the localization of chromatin in cell nucleus and the uneven distribution of chromosome in the nucleus. In conclusion, the LMNA mutation might affect the normal structure and function of nuclear envelope, and could further induce related diseases.

Assessment on Human Health Risk of Heavy Metal in the Food Crops fromThree Manganese Mine Recovery Areas in Guangxi, China

A systematic survey and determination of heavy metal concentrations in crops and the corresponding soils was conducted in the three manganese mine recovery areas in Guangxi, China. The possible health risk to local inhabitants via consumption of crops was assessed based on target hazard quotients (THQ) and pollution index. The results showed that the Cd concentration in the minesoils exceeded the threshold level of China Environmental Quality Standard for Soils (GB 15618-1995 Class II). The heavy metal concentrations in the crops were 0.02-9.56 mg/kg for Cu, 0.24-36.73 mg/kg for Zn, 0.08-23.47 mg/kg for Pb, 0.03-2.04 mg/kg for Cd and 0.05-9.20 mg/kg for Cr. The crops were heavily polluted by Pb, Cd and Cr, with the pollution rate being 93.5%, 80.0% and 64.5%, respectively. THQ shows that the contaminated rate is 100% and the heavy contaminated rate is 93.5%. The local inhabitants experience a high potential health risks by intake of Pb and Cd via consumption of these crops. So it is unfavorable to plant directly edible crops if the soil in mine wastelands doesn’t go through a special repair.

Spatial-temporal Expansion Characteristics of a Small Cityin the North China Plain: A Case Study of Liaocheng City

Based on the Landsat TM/OLI images in 1987, 1990, 1994, 1998, 2002, 2007, 2011 and 2015, and GIS spatial analysis method, the urban spatial expansion characteristics of Liaocheng city in the North China plain were analyzed since 1987 years based on the indexes of the intensity of urban spatial expansion, compact ratio, fractal dimension and gravity coordinates. The driving forces of temporal and spatial expansion characteristics of Liaocheng city were also systematically analyzed by some statistical data. The data show that: Liaocheng’s built-up area has expanded each year from 1987 to 2015, and the area increased from 20.81 km2 in 1987 to 123.87 km2 in 2015; annual expansion area is about 3.68 km2, and the extension strength is 17.96%; the compactness of the city decreases with fluctuations; the fractal dimension increases gradually from 1987 to 2002,then fractal dimension decreases from 2002 to 2011 and rises finally; the analysis of city expansion direction showed an easterly shift and city morphology is tending to the condition of “expand-infill-re-expand”. Studies on the driving forces show that natural environmental factors are the foundation of the urban expansion, economic development and urban expansion can promote each other, and that traffic construction and government policy are the main driving forces for the urban expansion. This study will help understand the expansion characteristics of the similar cities in the North China plain.

Suitability Assessment of Karst Rocky Desertification Control Patternsin Karst Counties of Guangxi, China

According to The Planning Framework of Comprehensive Controls for Karst Rocky Desertificatio Regions published by the State Council, there are 75 counties of rocky desertification in Guangxi. In this study, the specified counties in Guangxi were taken as the research subjects. Firstly, five successful control patterns under different geographic background were collected and summarized. The characteristics, similarities and differences among the five patterns were analyzed roundly. Then, the control patterns were regionalized by a bottom up method. The index system of suitability assessment with 15 indices for county scale was established and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment was conducted. And the counties were clustered into four regions. Finally, the assessment results of the two methods were compared and adjusted. The Karst counties of Guangxi were regionalized and the suitable control patterns for Karst counties were determined. The results were expected to provide references for the comprehensive controls of Karst rocky desertification.
