Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Conformationally ConstrainedDipeptide with 1-Aminocyclopropanecarboxylic Acid Residue

Abstract: Two conformationally constrained dipeptides with a trans-2,3-diaryl-1-aminocyclo-propanecarboxylic acid residue were synthesized from boc-(L)-phenylalanine,boc-(L)-alanine and 2,3-diphenyl-1-tert-butyl-cyclopropane carboxylic acid amide with the mixed anhydride methodology.The structures of two target compounds were studied by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.
