An Improved Single Image Reflection Removal with Defocus Blur

Abstract: Reflection removal of single image is a very meaningful issue in the area of computer vision. An improved method is proposed to overcome the weakness that single image reflection removal with defocus blur algorithm can not remove the reflection in the local area where the assumption that two layers have different smoothness is violated.By including correction mechanism and adaptive efforts to reflection,the improved algorithm can effectively eliminate color distortion of the image. With tests of natural scene and artificially synthesized images with reflected light,the results show that,compared with the original method,the improved method more effectively removes reflect light and enhances the robustness.
