脱氢松香酰二胺表面活性剂的合成及性能研究

Synthesis and Property of Dehydroabieticacyl Diamino Surfactants

摘要: 以歧化松香为原料合成4个甜菜碱类化合物4a~4d和1个阴离子化合物3c,并对目标产物的临界胶束浓度(CMC)、临界胶束浓度的表面张力值(γcmc)、乳化性质(EP)和泡沫性质(FP)进行测定和比较,结果表明4c具有良好的乳化能力和表面活性,有望应用到手性分离中。

Abstract: Five dehydroabieticacyl diamino chiral surfactants,including four betaines-typed zwitterionic surfactants 4a~4d and one anionic chiral surfactants 3c wereprepared from dehydroabietic acid (DHAA) in medium to high yields,through short-steps and simplified post-processing procedures.The conditions for purification of the title compounds by crystallization were proposed.In addition,some of their surface properties such as the critical micelle concentration (CMC),the values of surface tension at the CMC (γcmc),emulsification capacity andfoaming capacity of all the target compounds were characterized and compared.Compound 4c have good emulsification capacity among allthe derivatives.The attitude of 4c deserve specialconsideration for the application in chiral separation.
