Network Design Model of Customized Bus in Diversified Operationof Multi-origin-destination and Multi-type Vehicle Mixed Load

In the study of customized bus planning for non-real-time response, the network planning of passenger direct-arrival of single-origin-destination and single-type is emphasized, while the development of diversified line operation mode is often neglected. Based on the planning theory of conventional bus, the Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP)is referred and the operated characteristics of customized bus are combined. Then this paper constructs the network design model of customized bus in diversified operation of multi-origin-destination and multi-type vehicle and passengers mixed load. Besides, the genetic algorithm is applied to improve the coding rules and to solve the multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem. Finally, an example is used to analyze the method. Compared with the conventional bus, the average stop number is reduced, the full-road ratio is increased, the average travel time is shortened, and the average travel speed is improved. The result shows that the model can get the ideal line operation schemes. The research results enrich the operation mode of customized bus. In the expansion of passenger travel demand coverage, the new method increases the flexibility of the vehicle deployment and line integration. At last, the research can effectively improve the demand response of passengers and the enterprises’ benefit.

Study of Seeker Optimization Algorithm with Inertia TermSelf-tuning to Attitude Stability of Quadrotor UAV

In order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of the control system and to solve the shortcomings such as too many parameters and failing to update the tuning of these control parameters timely of the nonlinear active disturbance rejection control, this paper puts forward a kind of attitude stability control method of the combination of seeker optimization algorithm with inertia term and active disturbance rejection control. The methods of inertia coefficient about the step and direction of searching are modified to achieve quadrotor UAV’s attitude control during the process disturbed flight. The simulation experiment analysis shows that when compared with the seeker optimization algorithm parameters self-tuning active disturbance rejection control and the active disturbance rejection control without self-tuning, this new control method improves the performance of the dynamic response, anti-disturbance and robustness, which has practical value to improve the attitude stability control of quadrotor UAV.

Anomalous State Detection of Power Transformer Basedon Bidirectional KL Distance Clustering Algorithm

Since the Euclidean distance has the disadvantage of poor distinguishing ability in the similarity measure of some data sets,a general model and analysis method of power transformer state anomaly detection based on bidirectional KL (Kullback-Leibler) distance clustering algorithm is proposed in this paper. The model is analyzed by the historical monitoring data of a substation in Huzhou. The results show that the method is effective and the accuracy is improved compared with the traditional method.

State-of-charge Estimation Using Random Forest for Lithium Ion Battery

State-of-charge (SOC) is a very important part of lithium-ion battery prediction and health management. As the SOC of the lithium battery cannot be measured directly, this paper presents a method of estimating the SOC of the lithium-ion battery by the random forest regression. Firstly, a random forest regression model is constructed. The battery current, battery voltage and battery temperature are used as the training input of the model, and the corresponding SOC is used as the training output of the model. And then, the random forest algorithm for model training is conducted. Finally, the training model is applied to the battery SOC estimation. The results show that by the random forest regression algorithm, the maximum estimation error of the lithium-ion battery charge is 0.02,and the RMSE is 0.003204.This method can effectively estimate the lithium-ion battery SOC and has high estimation accuracy. This model may provide a reference for the model construction of future battery charge estimation system.

Identification of Pathological Voice of Different Levels Based on Random Forest

In order to identify the different degrees of pathological voice recognition, a method based on random forest recognition is proposed in this paper. The normal, moderate, and severe pathological voices are identified separately and compared with the recognition results of GMM. The experimental results show that compared with GMM, random forest method has higher classification accuracy, robustness, and better recognition results. The highest recognition rates of normal, moderate, and severe voices are 98.04%, 86.84%, and 83.33%, respectively. It provides a reference for further research on the classification of pathological voice.

Infrared-Visible Target Tracking Basedon AdaBoost Confidence Map

To address the problem that the tracker is easy to drift away from the target and even failure in complex scenes, this paper presents an infrared-visible target tracking algorithm based on AdaBoost confidence map. Firstly, the target samples and background samples in infrared-visible images are characterized by using color and texture descriptor and are classified using AdaBoost classifier, and then the confidence maps of infrared and visible images are calculated based on the classification scores. Secondly, the similarity between confidence maps of target candidate and its template is calculated for visible and infrared images, and the visible similarity and infrared similarity are integrated into a joint objective function by weighting. Finally, a joint target location-shift formula is induced by performing multi-variable Taylor series expansion and maximization on the objective function, and the optimal target location is gained recursively by applying the mean shift procedure. The experimental result in infrared-visible image sequences demonstrates that the proposed method performs well in dealing with illumination change, target intersection, target occlusion and so on.

With the development of Web 2.0 technology, the social network has provided a new and convenient platform to communicate and collaborate for people. Faced with the problem of network information overloaded, it is very difficult to find the experts who are interested in the topic and are reliable to make decisions based on experts’ opinions. In this paper, domain experts recommendation in social network based on the LDA theme model of trust method is proposed. The personalized recommendation of domain experts for the user trust is implemented. The method is based on the topic model (LDA), the social network structure, the users’ trust relationship and social influence. It makes up the deficiency of the traditional experts recommendation methods that only involve expert’s characteristics which lead to low recommendation accuracy and the problem of the pattern of recommended results. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by experiments.

In this paper, under some assumptions of V, K and f, the following nonlinear Schrödinger-Maxwell equations are studied.
-Δu+V(x)u+K(x)φu=f(x,u), in R3,
-Δφ=K(x)u2, in R3.
First, the nontrivial solution of Schrödinger-Maxwell equations is obtained by using mountain pass theorem. Then, it is shown that the functional is achieved on Nehari manifold, and finally, ground state solutions of Schrödinger-Maxwell equations are obtained. Some conditions in previous literatures are weakened and the conclusions of high energy solutions in previous references are generalized in this paper.

In this paper, the ARMA-GARCH-t model is employed to forecast daily return and volatility of the three stocks with a high market value in different industries of Shanghai Stock Exchange. Under the framework of extended Black-Litterman (BL) model, investor’s subjective return distributions are combined with asset’s priori balanced distribution. Then the weights of the asset allocation is calculated and compared with the ones from traditional Markowitz mean-variance (MV) investment portfolio. The empirical results show that the BL model puts more weight to the asset with high investor’s confidence level and the return of portfolio is larger than the MV case. Finally, the analysis results of the margin trading are applied to verify the validity of the market allocation of the three stocks, which confirms the conclusion that the BL model is more in line with investor expectations. The study can provide more reference for asset managers and investors in asset allocation.

In this paper, grey correlation analysis is introduced to evaluate the feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation of an article. CNKI China academic journal network publishing pool is taken as data source. A set of highly cited and highly downloaded paper samples published in 2015 are used for analysis in the field of theory and mathematical statistics subject. The citations, downloaded times of papers and the impact factor of paper-carried journal are taken as target. The highly cited and highly downloaded papers are selected by using Boxplot method in the field of theory and mathematical statistics subject. The grey relational analysis method is used to calculate the evaluation index of highly cited and highly downloaded papers synthetically to obtain the degree of association of the comprehensive evaluation index of the paper′s influence. Results demonstrate that the results using correlation are more stable, accurate and objective in evaluating paper than using citations.

The chemical components of Antenoron filiforme were isolated and purified by silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, and twenty-two compounds were obtained. The compounds were identified by physicochemical test and spectrum analysis. These compounds were identified as:2-pentadecanone(1), friedelin(2), 1-triacontanol (3), n-octacosanoic acid (4), β-sitosterol (5), stigmasterol (6), pyrocatechol (7), docosanoic acid(8), 4-methoxycinnamic acid(9), 3β-angeloyloxy-7-epifutronolide(10),6-hydroxy-hexanoic acid (11), limocitrin(12), cis-13-docosenoic acid(13), 3,3′-O-methylellagic acid (14), β-daucosterol(15), gallic acid(16), 3-O-methylquercetin (17), 4′-methyl gossypetin(18), eriodictyol(19), ethyl gallate(20), m-ethyl gallate(21), afzelin (22). Compounds 1~4,7~14,18~22 are obtained from this plant for the first time.

The efficiency of the microaeration-anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) was investigated in treating swine wastewater. In addition, the activity of dehydrogenase, protease and micro-ecology in the ABR were also analyzed. At the operation conditions the pretreatment with 8 hours of micro aeration, ABR of the hydraulic retention time was 24 hours, and the adding reflux between the first compartment and the fourth compartment of the ABR, the removal efficiency of COD reached to 70%-90% in the total system, and the removal efficiency of COD was 60%-80% in the ABR. Meanwhile, the removal rate of NH3-N reached to 65%-75%, 40%-55%, respectively in the total system and ABR. The content of dehydrogenase and protease in each compartment of ABR gradually decreased, and the content of dehydrogenase and protease was 41.06 mg/(g·h) and 0.42 mg/g in the first compartment of the ABR, respectively. According to the high-throughput sequencing results, Chloroflexi, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria were dominant bacteria in the ABR sludge in particular, the abundance of Chloroflexi was 51.12%,46.96%,62.44% and 47.23% in each compartment. Chloroflexi is beneficial to the degradation of a series of complex pollutants. At the same time, known from the heatmap figure, the microbial community structures in the fourth compartment and the first compartment were much closer due to the existence of reflux.

In this study, Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Ni、Cd and As were analyzed in the soil samples and they were collected on the highways from the west entrance to the top of the south of Wutai Mountain in different elevations and different soil layers. Two indices—the Index of Geoaccumulation and the Potential Ecological Risk Index were used to evaluate the degree of pollution by heavy metals. The results indicated that the soils in study area were characterized by on-to-partial moderate pollution and posed a high potential ecological risk. With the altitude increasing, the degree pollution and the potential ecological risk increased. The degree pollution and the potential ecological risk in the 0-10 cm layer were higher than that in 10-20 cm layer. The potential ecological risk was characterized by the order of Cd>As>Cu>Ni>Cr>Pb>Zn with the increase of altitude, which belonged to the level of “high ecological risk” on the whole. The potential comprehensive ecological risk level of 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers is “the highest ecological risk” and “higher ecological risk” respectively with the predominant risk factor being Cd.

Immobilization of Lipase Using Domestic Epoxy Resin LXEP-120

The immobilization of lipase from procine pancrestic was performed by using domestic epoxy resin LXEP-120. The immobilization conditions were optimized, and the enzymatic properties of immobilized lipase and free lipase were also compared. The optimal immobilization conditions were as follows: using 1.0 mol/L pH6.0 potassium phosphate buffer, the quantity of epoxy resin being 5.0 g, the appropriate temperature being 22 ℃, and the immobilized time being 12 h. Under above optimized conditions, the activity of immobilized lipase was about 400 U/g, and the recovery rate of the enzymatic activity of the immobilized lipase reached 92.79%. The immobilized lipase retained 70% of its initial enzymatic activity after repeated usage for 10 times. The optimal reaction pH (pH 8.0) was the same as that of free lipase, and the optimal reaction temperature(45 ℃) was 5 ℃ higher than that of free lipase. The thermal-stability and operating-stability reuse rate of immobilized lipase were significantly better than those of free lipase. Additionally, immobilized lipase exhibited very good storage stability. The study shows that domestic epoxy resins LXEP-120 possesses great potential in the immobilization of industrial enzymes.

Two new species of Salticidae and Trachelidae, Phintella fanjingshan sp. nov. and Trachelas zhui sp. nov., collected from Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve, Guizhou,China, are described, photographed and illustrated. P. fanjingshan sp. nov. is similar to P. cavaleriei (Schenkel, 1963), but differs from the latter by the strong embolus and the wide RTA. T. zhui sp. nov. can be easily distinguished from other Trachelas species by the large copulatory openings of the epigyne. Type specimens are deposited in the School of Life Science, Southwest University, Chongqing, China.

Protective Effect of Magnesium-L-Threonateon Dopamine Neurons and Its Mechanism

To evaluate the neuroprotective effect of Magnesium-L-threonate (MgT) on mice model of Parkinson’s disease (PD) induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) and to investigate the possible mechanism.The PD mice model was established. The mice were randomly divided into control group, MPTP group and the MPTP+MgT group. Rotary bar method was used to observe behavioral changes in mice. The number of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra was observed by TH staining. The expression of GFAP, iNOS and TH in substantia nigra and striatum were detected by Western blotting.The time for the MPTP+MgT group to stay on the rotating rod was 68.07% longer than that in the MPTP group. The results showed that, in MPTP+MgT group, the number of dopamine neurons in the substantia nigra increased by 46.15% than that in the MPTP group. Compared with MPTP group, the expression of GFAP and iNOS in MPTP+MgT group was statistically significant (P<0.05).The mechanism of MgT neuroprotective effect is probably related to the down-regulation of GFAP and iNOS expression,and inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress.

Isolation and Identification of a BacteriumProducing Natural Blue Pigment

In order to isolate and identify a bacterium producing natural blue pigment, surface sterilization method was applied to isolate producing natural blue pigment target strain from the root of Bovine Millettia specisoa Champ. 16S rDNA sequence of the target strain was amplified by PCR with universal primer 27F/1492R, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing and analyzing the sequence. The morphology of the bacterium was observed at the same time. The target strain was identified by the GEN III MicroStation microorganism automatic identification system. The results of the sequence alignment showed that the similarity rate of target strain and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 99% and the phylogenetic tree showed that the target strain was on the same branch of the P. aeruginosa. Morphological identification revealed that it was rod-shaped and Gram negative, and Biolog identification showed that it was P. aeruginosa. The target strain was identified as P. aeruginosa by the combined results of molecular, morphology and Biolog identification and named as 2016NX1.

Effect of Other Plants by Applying Cuscuta campestris Yunckerto Control Mikania micrantha H. B. K

Cuscuta campestris Yuncker is a potential holoparasite used for biological control. To understand the efficacy and safety of Cuscuta campestris Yuncker in preventing and controlling Mikania micrantha H.B.K. The dodder C. campestris Yuncker were placed to 1 218 hm2 area of M. micrantha H.B.K in 7 forest parks of Shenzhen and carried out filed monitoring. The results showed that the area of M. micrantha was about 792 hm2 (coverage rate 53%-73%), the rate of parasitism was 44%-87%, and the area of M. micrantha was decreased by 426 hm2 after putting in the field of C. campestris Yuncker. The number of other plants affected by C. campestris was 153 species, belonging to 43 families from 109 genera. There are 15 species of phants were in contact with M. micrantha without harm (Grade 0). 138 species of plants were in contact with M. micrantha and affected other phants (Grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ) without a deadly parasite plant except for M. micrantha. All results provided a scientific basis for generalizability of the control of M. micrantha in large area.

Tolerance Evaluation and Physiological Responses of the ClonalPlant Alchornea trewioides in Karst Rocky Mountains

Compared with the undisturbed treatment, the effects of human disturbance (burning disturbance and cutting disturbance) on the physiological indices of the clonal plant Alchornea trewioides naturally growing in karst rocky mountains were investigated. Measurements included contents of chlorophyll, malonaldehyde (MDA) and osmoregulation substance in the plant leaves. The results indicated that among the three disturbance treatments, the highest chlorophyll content was found in the cutting disturbance treatment, the cell membrane has a relatively high degree of damage in the undisturbed treatment, and the best osmoregulation ability was found in the burning disturbance treatment. According to a comprehensive evaluation based on subordinate function of fuzzy mathematics, A. trewioides with burning disturbance had the best tolerance among the three disturbances, with a lower tolerance in cutting disturbance, and the lowest tolerance in undisturbed, so intermediate disturbance was beneficial to the propagation of A. trewioides.

This study aims to investigate the 9 genetic characteristics in head and face of Han nationality’s female group in Tianjin. Based on the investigation of 301 Tianjin Han female individuals, investigation and analysis of the Mongoloid fold, eyefold of the upper eyelid, front tooth type, nostril type, mandibular type, lobe type, hair line and hair types of the 9 face of genetics were taken. The results are as follows: (1)The ratio of Tianjin Han women individuals’ shovel type incisors, convex nose, narrow nostril and curly hair rate are relatively high, which are 96.01%, 18.94%, 31.89% and 29.24%. While that of Mongoloid fold, convex jaw and earlobe rate are in the middle level, which are 72.76%, 20.60% and 77.41% and that of upper eyelid fold is relatively low in the country, which is 73.75%.
