Chemical Constituents of Antenoron filiforme(Ⅱ)

Abstract: The chemical constituents of Antenoron filiforme were isolated and purified by silica gel, MCI GEL CHP 20P, macroporous adsorption resin, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS chromatography, and their structures were identified by physical and chemical properties and spectral methods. Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified as 2-methyl anthraquinone, epifriedelanol, lupeolacetate, emodin, physcion, ursolic acid, ellagic acid, caffeic acid, protocatechuic acid,vanillic acid, quercetin, epicatechin, apigenin, kaempferol, rutin, rhamnose, and nobiletin. All compounds are isolated from A. filiforme for the first time.
