摘要: 甘蔗是需氮量较大的重要糖料作物,为了探讨固氮菌对不同甘蔗品种生长过程中的硝态氮、氮、磷和钾含量的影响,本试验采用固氮菌DX120(A)、固氮菌296(B)和固氮螺菌(C)处理桶栽甘蔗品种ROC22和B8。主要结果表明:不同固氮菌及组合处理后2个甘蔗品种叶片的硝态氮含量在8—11月总体上高于对照却低于肥料处理;接种固氮菌提高了2个甘蔗品种叶片中氮素的含量,且A和AB处理对ROC22的效果较好,A 、C和AC处理对B8氮素含量的影响效果较好;磷元素含量在生长期不断提高,固氮菌处理有利于2个甘蔗品种磷素含量的积累;单个及多个组合固氮菌处理对2个甘蔗品种叶片钾元素的含量影响不明显。
