摘要: 蛇雕为我国二级珍稀濒危物种。本文采用PCR扩增方法测定蛇雕Spilornis cheela线粒体DNA全序列,结果:该DNA全长18 291 bp,为双链环状DNA分子,含有13个蛋白质编码基因、2个rRNA基因、22个tRNA基因、1个控制区(D-loop)和1个假设控制区(pseudo-control region),其基因排序与已报道的其他猛禽鸟类排列方式相同。该基因组基因DNA排列紧密,共观察到53 bp基因间隔(除控制区1 144 bp和假控制区1 532 bp外)与31 bp基因重叠;全序列AT含量为53.02%;13个蛋白编码基因中,除COI使用GTG作为起始密码子外,其余使用ATN。此外,10个蛋白编码基因使用常规三联终止密码子TAA、AGG和TAG作为终止密码子,其余3个基因为不完全终止密码子T。除tRNA-Ser(AGY)外,其余21个tRNA基因的二级结构均为典型的三叶草结构。D-loop存在2个结构区:中央保守区(CSB-F、CSB-D和CSB-C)和保守序列区(CSB-1)。在假控制区的3'端有一个48 bp的8个重复串联单元。
