光伏并网逆变器的非线性动力学研究

Non-linear Dynamics Model and Chaotic Behavior of the Single-phase Full Bridge Photovoltaic Grid-connected Inverter

摘要: 本文首先阐述了单相全桥光伏并网逆变器的电路模型及其工作原理,根据基尔霍夫定律及理想运算放大器的特性,建立了单相全桥光伏并网逆变器电路模型的6.5维分段光滑状态方程组,给出了详细的方程组推导过程。然后利用四阶龙格库塔法对所建立的状态方程组进行求解,对其非线性动力学性质进行了初步研究,发现在一定的光伏阵列输出电压范围内,系统会产生混沌行为。

Abstract: In this paper,circuit the of single-phase full bridge photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected inverter model and its working principle are introduced.According to Kirchhoff's law and the characteristics of ideal operational amplifier,a 6.5-dimensions piecewise smooth state equation for the circuit model of single-phase full bridge photovoltaic (PV) grid-connected inverter is set up,the derivation of the equations is presented in detail.Then using the fourth order Runge Kutta method to solve the established state equation,the nonlinear dynamics properties of this modeling is investigated preliminarily.The research results show that this circuit system can produce chaotic behavior under certain range of pv array output voltage.
