摘要: Wnt信号通路是一个庞大的网络体系,由许多转录因子和调节蛋白参与到该通路的调节过程中,提供了该通路的细胞类型、发育时空等的精细调节。本实验通过实时定量PCR和Co-IP等实验,探讨RNA解旋酶DDX17在SET8参与的Wnt信号通路调控中的作用。结果表明,DDX17抑制Wnt靶基因的表达;DDX17与转录抑制因子HDAC1、SET8和LEF1相互作用。
