Abstract: This paper discusses the influence of weakly s-permutable properties of subgroups on the structure of finite groups.Using the condition that the 2-maximal subgroups of a given Sylow p-subgroup of G are weakly s-permutable in G,some sufficient conditions on p-nilpotency of finite groups are obtained. This research generalises some of the recentresults.

Key words: finite group, weakly s-permutable subgroup, p-nilpotent group
