Metabolites of Endophytic Fungus Ta31-2 from Soft Coral Sinularia sp. (Ⅱ)

Abstract: Ten compounds, including stearic acid (1), palmitic acid (2), myristic acid (3), methyl decanoate (4), ergosterol (5), fusanolide B (6), succinic acid (7), curvulalide (8), modiolide A (9) and neoechinulin A (10), were isolated from the metabolites of a soft coral Sinularia sp. endophytic fungus Ta31-2. Their structures were elucidated by using spectroscopic methods. Compounds 8 and 10 were isolated from soft coral firstly, and 6 was isolated from marine fungi for the first time.
