Degradation of Reactive Turquoise Blue KN-G by MechanochemistryMethod

Abstract: The mechanochemical decomposition of organic compound reactive turquoise blue KN-G was studied by using an oxide of NiO.The effects of grinding-time,material ratio,ball material ratio and rotation speed were also investigated.Thedecoloration rate and COD removal rate were measured.The products analysis was carried out with the use of X-ray diffraction detection (XRD) and IR.The results indicate that reactive turquoise blue KN-G was degraded effectively with mechanochemistry method.
