摘要: 为探讨口腔癌组织中KLF6、p21和c-Jun的表达及意义,采用免疫组化技术检测198例口腔癌、49例口腔良性肿瘤中KLF6、p21和c-Jun的表达,以56例口腔正常组织作对照。结果显示:正常对照组、良性及恶性肿瘤KLF6的表达分别为91.07%(51/56)、83.67%(41/49)、62.12%(123/198),三组间阳性表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);KLF6在肿瘤直径>2 cm组和中、低分化组中的阳性表达显著低于肿瘤直径≤2 cm组及高分化组(P<0.01);p21在恶性肿瘤中阳性表达81.82%(162/198)显著低于正常组的85.71%(48/56)(P<0.05);c-Jun在正常对照组、良性肿瘤及恶性肿瘤的表达分别为8.93%(5/56)、10.20%(5/49)、46.97%(93/198),三组间阳性表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤中KLF6基因核表达缺失或减弱与p21表达下调显著相关(P<0.01),恶性肿瘤中KLF6浆表达增加与p21表达下调显著相关(P<0.01)。恶性肿瘤中KLF6核表达缺失或减弱与c-Jun阳性表达增加显著相关(P<0.01)。可见,KLF6、p21和c-Jun三者表达异常与口腔癌的发生发展密切相关,其分子机制值得深入研究。
