多起终点多车型混载的定制公交线路规划模型

摘要: 在现有非即时响应的定制公交规划研究中,一般只考虑单一起终站点、单一车型的乘客直达线路规划问题,而忽视了多样化线路运营模式的发展。本文在常规公交规划理论的基础上,参考车辆路径问题(vehicle routing problem,VRP)模型,结合定制公交运营特征,构建了考虑多起终点、多车型和乘客混载等运行模式的定制公交线路规划模型,并利用遗传算法改进编码规则,求解该多目标组合优化问题,最后通过实例运用加以分析。结果表明:与常规公交相比,本模型平均停站数量减少、满载率提高,缩短了平均行程时间,提高了平均行程速度,证明该模型可以获得运营状况较为理想的线路运行方案。本文研究成果可丰富定制公交的运营模式,在扩大乘客出行需求覆盖面的同时,增加运营企业的车辆调配与线路整合的灵活性,能够有效提高乘客需求响应量和企业受益程度。

Abstract: In the study of customized bus planning for non-real-time response, the network planning of passenger direct-arrival of single-origin-destination and single-type is emphasized, while the development of diversified line operation mode is often neglected. Based on the planning theory of conventional bus, the Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP)is referred and the operated characteristics of customized bus are combined. Then this paper constructs the network design model of customized bus in diversified operation of multi-origin-destination and multi-type vehicle and passengers mixed load. Besides, the genetic algorithm is applied to improve the coding rules and to solve the multi-objective combinatorial optimization problem. Finally, an example is used to analyze the method. Compared with the conventional bus, the average stop number is reduced, the full-road ratio is increased, the average travel time is shortened, and the average travel speed is improved. The result shows that the model can get the ideal line operation schemes. The research results enrich the operation mode of customized bus. In the expansion of passenger travel demand coverage, the new method increases the flexibility of the vehicle deployment and line integration. At last, the research can effectively improve the demand response of passengers and the enterprises’ benefit.
