缺须墨头鱼不同地理居群的形态分化

Morphologic Differentiation of Garra imberba from Different Population

摘要: 分布于长江、红河和澜沧江水系的缺须墨头鱼在形态上存在一定的差异,为确认不同地理居群之间是否发生形态分化,将采自以上3个水系32个采集点的248尾标本按照所属水系,分为金沙江、澜沧江、元江和李仙江4个组,对其外部形态特征以及可数性状进行比较,并运用多变量形态学方法对其18个常规性状和17个框架结构性状进行分析。形态比较结果显示,金沙江水系个体在头部和吸盘性状上与其他组间的存在一定差异;可数性状比较结果表明,不同分组间缺须墨头鱼没有明显分化;主成分分析分散值点图显示,没有任一组被独立分出。所以,形态比较与形态度量学研究结果都不能证明其有明显的分化。

Abstract: There were morphological differences among specimens of Garra imberba from Yangtze River,Red River and Langcang River,China.In order to confirm whether the morphologic differentiation have occured among geographical populations,two hundred and fourty-eight specimens of Garra imberba from thirty-two sampling locations were divided into four groups according to drainages stated above,they're Jinsha River,Langcang River,Yuanjiang River and Lixian River.For comparing their morphologic differentiation,external morphological characteristics and meristic characters were observed,eighteen general and seventeen frame characteristics were measured and analyzed by the methods for multivariate morphometrics.The results of external morphological comparation showed that the head and disco shape had some differentiation between specimens from Jinsha River and the other three groups.Comparison of meristic characters indicated that there were no obvious morphologic differentiation among the four groups.Based on the results of scatter plots by principal component analysis,no group had been separated.Specimens from different drainages could not be distinguished by mophological comparison and morphometric analysis.To answer whether they had morphologic differentiation,it should be confirmed by molecular biological method and other ways for further study in the future.
