Acceleration Noise Model Based on Horizontal,Vertical and LateralAcceleration

Abstract: A measure of the velocity fluctuations during a tripis defined as the acceleration noise,and it can be used as a quantitativeevaluation index for riding comfort.Acceleration noise is mainly affected by three factors:driver,road and traffic conditions.In this paper,a new acceleration noise model based on the horizontal、vertical and lateral acceleration is created.The new model not only can be used to analyze the safety of the traffic,but also can provide data for highway design.
